Seeing Valentinus fall to the floor blood pouring from his chest Yordis throws himself back into the fray against the slightly wounded guard, swinging his mace once more.
Attack 12
Damage if hits 4
As a bonus action he casts Healing Word for 9 to Valentinus
Yordis calls out for divine aid and feels the light of his deity flow through him surging healing energies into the bard.
Hmm feeble attack and minimum heal, not a good turn!

Valentinus stirs a little, his eyes fluttering. "Ugh...have we won yet?"
Correction from before: Disguise self isn't a concentration spell, so it wouldn't have worn off when Valentinus was knocked unconscious. So he's still disguised as a guard.
If Guard 2 does turn out to be dead, I suppose the next order of business is capturing the last guard. Still need to see what he knows, and if he can tell us how to get out of here. (Since I'm still in disguise, I might be able to walk us out of here -- the old "I'm just escorting some prisoners" bit -- but I need to know where to go.)
The old I'm just one guard casually escorting 4 armed prisoners bit might need a little more refining. We can do "Chewbacca in the elevator" but it's a stretch. Can we magically charm him? You and Yordis have only got two spell slots each. But it'd be worthwhile since I'm guessing you've focussed on face spells and not combat spells.
I assume these are human guards since I don't remember a race being stated. Tilly can probably pass a disguise (short for a storm trooper) 3 guards and 3 prisoners would be believable.
I can try Charm Person, but he'll have advantage to resist (since we've been fighting him and killed two of his allies).
Might be able to just go with an Intimidation check on him and force him to cooperate. I'm a +3 on those, but I can give someone else Bardic Inspiration for an extra d6.
As far as combat spells, the only thing I have besides Vicious Mockery is Thunderwave, which will do in a pinch and is pretty effective, but that would be the end of us trying to get out quietly.
I think we can put on the guards clothes and walk our way out (or try to) if we can get the exit route from guard 3. Maybe he says he'll lead us out if we can convince him it's in his best interest (i.e. we kill him otherwise.)(Also, neutral alignment Tilly is totally cool with killing him anyway.) Probably best for the most normal sized among us to dress up as the guards.
Tilly doesn't have advantage on anything here that would help (Deception +4 that might help when we're trying to get out).
DM: Did we see anything looking like alternate routes while walking back to the cell? We weren't hooded but we didn't check specifically so this might need some perception checks?
I've got some combat spells and heals - only one slot left though, my thought would be to get him to spill the beans about the area and then bind and gag him for long enough to get a good start. Might depend on what he tells us though...

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
After he's intimidated into laying down arms he'll lose the advantage on his save. Then once he's charmed he'll willingly help us escape and not jump on the first opportunity to F us. Deception will work well for pretending to be a guard. If you help intimidate, then Yordis can roll with advantage and bard inspiration though I don't know if he's got any bonus. His turn would just be next.
Edited my last action to not kill guard three if guard 2 falls, but help Intimidate instead
3 I guess they noticed

Unfortunately Bowlder is hit with missed attack. takes 9 damage or 4 on a successful dex save of 15.
The guard who has taken the beating screams at Valentinus Traitor!! Helping these filthy slaves! He lunges foward with a scream of rage ARRGGHHH!!
Attack: 24 Damage: 10
My God if all the guards are this tough and deadly I'm going to stay in the cell.
Is Valentinus still upright? If not I guess I am up next. I'll hold off for a bit to see if someone else clarifies that before acting.

, his disguise disappearing. If it's my turn next, I guess you need a death save. Serves me right, only having 9 HP.

not a good start if the first party damage is a killing blow...
if I'm right the next bad guys turn, the man just hit by Yordis spins and strikes with his own club
Attack: 7 Damage: 8
Dex save: 12
Not happy about the situation (Valentinus going down, losing half HP to friendly fire). Bonus action to Rage.
Another swing. Same order (number 1 if still up, otherwise number 2). Attack: 17 Damage: 12 slashing.

With a swift strike of fury you lob the man's head off to tumble on the floor as his body crumples.

Tilly also rages but receives no sweet ability benefit; mostly it's more cursing.
"You N@#$#@ C@#$ Goblins! Suck steel you c@#$!"
She slides towards guard 2 and goes for his femoral artery.
Attack with shortsword 7

Seeing an opportunity, Droogan attacks the guard on the defensive. He hasn't even managed to free his weapon yet.
Action attack targeting guard 2 (if standing): hit AC 27 for 7 slashing

If he falls from Tilly's attack help Intimidation the remaining guard instead.
