Mittens swears as the wand disintegrates in his hands. He jogs over to Varielky for cover once more as an arrow slams into his arm. He lets out another curse that probably made his mother roll over in her grave. As he grits his teeth and yanks out the arrow, he says, "Dang, that stings a bit." Blocking out the pain, he forms a killer snowball and lobs into the incoming lead wolf.
Action: cast frostbite at one of the wolves in front as I'm not in range to hit the archer. DC 14 constitution saving throw or take 4 cold damage and have disadvantage on their next attack.
24 Ka’imi’s bow twangs once more but the arrow strikes the edge of the sled wall and snapping in two, the pieces ricochet up and back in a high arc!
21 Ednyss advances toward the sled, and in answer to his call, a sliver of holy light seems to spin into existence from nowhere and bathe the driver in radiance. In agony, the Dreyen grits his teeth, choking back a tortured scream, and his dark eyes focus on Ednyss.
21 Varielky stands ready for an opportunity attack.
12 Dyn Gwelw is out of range, we’ll say he advances and readies a dart.
7 Mittens forms a killer snowball and lobs into the incoming lead wolf but it just misses, exploding against the harness.
5 Archer #2 stands and targets Ka’imi with another arrow. It shoots past, missing!
1 Driver #2 directs the sled ahead and to his right, overrunning Ednyss (lead wolf attack hits, knocking Ednyss prone), and continuing on to Varielky. Ednyss is prone and down to 1HP!
1 Wolves 1 & 2 attack Varielky. Wolf 2 snaps its jaw shut on her calf, wheeling her around 360 degrees as it passes and causing 5HP damage, but her strong legs keep their footing!
0 Dyn Gwelw’s readied attack is triggered by the driver entering range. He times a throw perfectly. It slices the air and connects with the Dreyen’s left ear, detaching part of it!
(OOC: 0 Ednyss can have one opportunity attack against his choice of opponents: wolf 4, 5, 6, driver, or archer. However, he is prone, so the attack will be at disadvantage, and the driver and archer have +2AC from ½ cover.
0 Varielky’s Round 3 attack was triggered by Wolf #1 entering melee range, so she can attack Wolf #1 prior to Round 4 activities. Wolf #1 ended its turn in melee range of Varielky, so her attack will not be an opportunity attack, just a regular one.)

Round 3 Attack: 11 Damage: 7
Varielky grunts but remains standing. "Take some distance!" she shouts to Mittens. Then, she attacks again and attempts to shove the wolves away so Mittens can flee without needing to worry for attacks from behind.
Round 4:
Attack on nearest wolf: 12 Damage: 10
Bonus action shove away on nearest wolf: 18
(Edit: If either of the attacks hit it'll deal +2 dmg from Dueling FS that I forgot to include.)
Ednyss waits for the exact moment and, although he is on the ground, he lashes out with his War Pick against the driver who is shockingly still standing. He then stands up and growls a low guttural roar. "You have chosen the wrong side of this battle. But by fighting you will die with honor." He then quickly disengages from the wolves and driver and steps up to the archer to get in melee with him.
Opportunity Attack: War Pick - Attack: 10 Damage: 5
24 Ka’imi discharges another arrow, the twang of the bowstring almost melodious, and the arrow finds its mark, slicing down the archer’s right forearm at the moment he rises to fire his own bow, dislodging the Dreyen’s arrow which flips away, plopping into the snow.
21 Ednyss’s War Pick slices air, but the Dreyen sled driver sees the move coming and ducks away, leaving Ednyss room to engage the archer in the back of the sled.
21 Varielky slashes Wolf #1 with her longsword, and its right front leg flies off as the Wolf crashes down, in shock and bleeding out. Varielky’s shield bash is not quite fast enough to strike Wolf #2 as it passes.
12 Dyn Gwelw leaps onto the sled wall and standing on it with incredible balance, (OOC: occupying the 5’ cube above the driver), deftly stabs his yklwa at the archer, but the Dreyen ducks and avoids the attack by inches. Then Dyn Gwelw leaps onto the Dreyen, landing on a shoulder and roundhouse kicking with the other foot (for 3hp!), before flipping back up again onto the sled wall.
7 Mittens’s snowball strikes home, splooshing into Driver #2’s neck, and its crystalline fingers choke him, robbing him of breath before vaporizing. He gasps, still alive, but coughing and shivering uncontrollably!
5 Archer #2 drops his bow, and pulling a war hammer from his belt, smashes it into Dyn Gwelw throwing him off of the sled, and he crashes motionless onto the packed snow! Dyn Gwelw is down!
1 Wolf #2 & #3 attack Varielky as they pass, and both miss her and pull the sled onward.
1 Driver #2 (OOC: with disadvantage) stands and attacks Varielky as he passes, doing 5HP damage with blood streaming down his arm, and the sled continues on 40’, overrunning Wolf #1’s body! (OOC: and losing the charge bonus). Varielky is down!
Wolves #4, #5, & #6 move and dodge.
(OOC: Ednyss has an opportunity attack against the Archer!)
Ednyss swings his War Pick at the retreating archer trying to take him down for good. He then quickly uncorks the healing potion that he found on a dead body and rushes to Varielky to administer it.
(OOC: Varielky is after Ednyss in the initiative order, so she should still get her turn this round and she can use one of the healing potions that Dyn Gwelw picked up to bring him back to consciousness as well. I think that making sure everyone stays conscious should be our priority and then we should focus on taking out the driver and the archer.)
If Varielky does get a turn thia round, she'll get up and pick up her longsword (her shield is strapped tl her arm regardless). Then, seeing that the sled is too far as it is, she'll focus on blocking incoming attacks.
Get up and take the Dodge action.
(OOC: If Varielky uses her action to shove, which "replaces the attack", will she still be able to shove as a bonus action? In other words, if she gets on the sled, will she be able to shove both riders off of it?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing two of his comrades go down and then quickly rise again, Mittens shouts out, "Yeah, just drive away, you stinkin' cowards!" as he vehemently lobs a snowball at the back of the archer's head.
Action: cast frostbite at the archer. DC 14 constitution saving throw or take 1 cold damage and have disadvantage on their next attack.

(OOC: Good question! But I believe the answer is, No. The description of the Shield Master feat lays it out: "If you take the Attack action on your turn, you can use a bonus action to try to shove a creature within 5 feet of you using your shield." So you have to take the Attack action in order to get the bonus shove. Shove, grapple, dodge, etc. are not attacks.)
Using the Attack action, you can make a special melee attack to shove a creature, either to knock it prone or push it away from you. If you're able to make multiple attacks with the Attack action, this attack replaces one of them.
The target must be no more than one size larger than you and must be within your reach. Instead of making an attack roll, you make a Strength (Athletics) check contested by the target's Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use). You succeed automatically if the target is incapacitated. If you succeed, you either knock the target prone or push it 5 feet away from you.
(If you choose to rule it this way, that's fine, but I just wanted to make my question clear. In your example, both shove and grapple count as attack while dodge doesn't, at least the way I understand the above. Again, if you choose to rule differently I'll accept that.)

(OOC: Ah! I stand corrected. The rules seem to lay it out, and I don't see why you can't shove both times. E.g., One shove could be pushing away an attack you've "parried," the bonus shove could be with your shield.)
24 Ka’imi runs over to Dyn Gwelw to feed him the healing potion. Dyn Gwelw is up!
21 Ednyss sprints and lunges after the sled as it passes, bounding, swinging his war pick up and over, and it connects with the archer, ripping through his kidney, surging down and splintering through the rear floor of the sled before sticking in the ice. Ednyss slides through the snow, slides a half circle around the lodged pick, then using his inertia, he twists the weapon to release it as the sled continues on. The granite-skinned dwarf rolls up and leaps to Varielky, sliding on the ice once more as he reaches her side and feeds her the healing draught. The Dreyen archer lies bleeding in the sled! Varielky is up!
21 Varielky. Rises and dodges.
12 Dyn Gwelw. Gets to his feet.
7 Mittens lobs another snowball in a high arc and as the sled speeds away, and the icy sphere strikes the driver in the back. The Dreyen staggers, falling unconscious for a moment as the [spelll]frostbite[/spell] freezes through his clothing and arrests his lungs momentarily.
5 Archer #2 [0 HP]
1 Driver #2, half-dead, detaches the leash attached to the fallen Wolf #1 and directs the remaining wolves to dash away south. He casts a fearful glance over his shoulder at your party, then turns to his companion with tears in his eyes and begins to staunch the archer's wounds as well as he can with his free hand as he goes. The sled turns into one of the arbor lanes where another archer jumps on, but you do not see it, or them, again.
Another group has dashed past you toward the village while you fended off the sleds, and you run after them The rest of the company is a mere 50 yards behind you, but more archers are now darting around in the arbor, hiding behind trees and taking pot shots from the top of the eastern rise 50 yards away.
All, please roll DEX saves vs DC5 in order to avoid being targeted by archers in the arbor.
In the distance, you think you see at least one Roc back with the bulk of the company behind the northern rise, until snow begins to fall, big wet flakes, and visibility is reduced to 75 yards or so. Here is a map, and you are situated at the red X.
"Do not cry for him!"Varielky calls after the sled in Dreyen. "He fought bravely and will surely rise above!"Then, she says to herself: "Meanwhile, I was downed again. I cannot let this keep happening!"
"Good job guys. We kicked their sorry butts!" Mittens exclaims as he runs towards the town as fast as his little legs can take him with his huge book under one arm. Pooky runs along the ground and catches up to Mittens before leaping his back and climbing up to his shoulders.
