@Radgar: for time's sake, rather than spend 10 minutes using Identify on each item, I'll say that in this one instance the ritual targets all the loot found in the lockbox. Doing so, you find the majority of items to be valuable (though non-magical); The holy symbol of Shelyn radiates a faint amount of divine energy (it can be used as a spell focus for divine spellcasters). You also learn all of the properties of the Dust of Dryness.

Kaisaras stood back as the Artificer and Dwarf took a gaze into the contents of the lockbox. Whilst they appeared to trade places, the Dwarf lowering himself to begin some ritual to better inspect the objects, Kaisaras momentarily gazed towards Danze as he seemed to have a strange reaction to the box by the bed, followed by Kurstin's voice. Peering between the two to spot the head of Zellara, the young nobleman's brow furrowed deeper. Kurstin's analysis of the woman's corpse didn't help clear things up, but needless to say, it wouldn't be right to leave her like that. Calling over to the two by the head, he states, "See if you can wrap that up. We'd be kind to offer her a proper burial, at least as close to one as we can have."
Kneeling beside Radgar, Kaisaras would quickly ask, "Anything of note?" His gaze would watch the various items as he twirled them about in his hands, inspecting them, trying to see if he recalled any of them aside from dagger that Kurstin already called out.
Radgar turns to Kai 'This lot is pretty much exactly what it looks like. Quite a haul indeed'
Standing back up and gathering his gear, the cleric claps his hands with a sense of finality and looks to the rest of the crew 'Let's gather the children and get them to safety'
"Agreed. I can't wait to bring Irma home, but we'll help find the others' homes first. And I know a few of the city watch who I trust to turn Lamm over to. They're honest and actually care about the common folk..." Kurstin says. "Oh, and thanks for pulling me out of the water and saving my skinny butt from that crocodile. I'd hate to find my sister only to die on her the same day."
He'll gather up whatever he needs to help carry and work with the remaining children to escort them out. He was also thankful to the spirit of the fortune teller that had healed his wounds so that his sister wouldn't see him all chewed up and spat out and looking like death warmed over!
Danse’s eyes were attracted to the large sum the party had amassed, amused expression quickly turning to one of hunger and longing. Despite his flair for the ostentatious garments he wears, it is clear that Danse was little more than a street performer - the seemingly lavish dress was, like much of his behavior, a manner of attracting attention. The circus rat turned swordsman was staring at more money than he had ever made in his life.
Danse pulled himself away, though, to further investigate the place. The flies didn’t bother him - they were common enough being chained up as one of Gaedren’s Lambs. An expression of amused joy spring on his tattooed face when the corpse was revealed. “So! The plot thickens,” he mused, openly grinning. “Who did we meet today? I am not one to believe in ghosts. I have seen to many tricks to be fooled by the seemingly paranormal. Someone in disguise, perhaps? That means someone wanted Gaedren dead. Not like I’m one to judge them for it.” Danse rubbed his hands with glee, cheerfully helping out the others with preparing to leave. His work was done - Gaedren wouldn’t go far. It was a true shame that he couldn’t kill Gaedren himself. Perhaps there would be another time.
Danse also snagged the fortune teller’s deck of cards. It would likely be an upgrade to his own admittedly tattered deck he was so fond of shuffling.
"I to have someone we can hand Lamm over to, and if that dagger is from whom you say it is, it might help to pass that over as well. She's dealt with his trickery before, so I think she'll be a good bet to speak with." If the party was set to head on up, Kaisaras would make sure that his scarf was tightly wrapped around his face before following behind them. He'd ask Radgar or someone similarly strong to grab Lamm, offering to carry some of their gear in exchange just until they found a cart.
Before the group leaves the water, Kurstin will ask for a pinch of the dust they found, and toss it in one of the large vats of water in the fishery when they retrieve the children. When the dust soaks up all of the water, the artificer retrieves the small blue globe and places it in his pouch, a small grin on his face.
"OK, Irma, time to go home. Can you help us get the rest of these children to their homes? Maybe help them to talk with us and give us details on their families? We also have to turn this monster in to the city guard, and bury the remains of a new friend."
Kurstin suggests they bring Lamm to their trusted contacts in the city guard, even though the city was going crazy and the guard would surely be busy tonight.
Since you went back inside: @Kurstin, When you reentered the Old Fishery, you noticed more of the children have disappeared. At this point, only Dagnam, Irma and (2) other children remain. The rest of them have vanished since you've last been inside. Also Yargin is no where to be found.
Before taking the children to start making our way to the Guard HQ, Kaisaras would note the chaos, and pass them each one dagger, kneeling down, he'd tell them carefully, "Be careful with those and keep them hidden. Things are still a little chaotic right now, so I want you to have these in case you need to use them." With that, he'd then continue to travel with the group down South to the HQ.
"Irma - what happened to Yargin - the man who helped keep you captive? Did he somehow convince the other children to help him escape? Do you know where they might have gone?" Kurstin asks his sister. He makes sure that she also has a dagger hidden for any potential issues...
Despite Danse's hatred being primarily dedicated towards Gaedren, a wayward swing of the Half-Elf's scimitar that carved a gash in the pilings of the dock made his thoughts on Yargin's escape evident. He composed himself, resuming his usual, grinning demeanor and brisk stride in step. "If I can be forthright, my goals have been accomplished," Danse said, "Yargin happens to be quite low on the list of those I intend to deliver to whatever judgement they shall receive. I do not mean that in any legal sense." Danse retrieved Zellara's deck of cards, giving them a shuffle so his tattooed hands could manipulate them to their best ability. His old, tattered cards have perhaps lost their rigidity with age.
Upon exiting and seeing the city ablaze, Danse folded his arms and chewed his cheek for some time, musing on what to do. "Showering in griffon blood on the streets is no experience any child should have. Kurstin, Dagnam, I respect you and what you have done - if returning your children to safety is your priority, I understand." A card arced into the air, landing neatly in one of Danse's palms. "However, the city seems more active tonight. The city guard must be occupied. I cannot imagine with what. Perhaps we should spare everyone the time and offer the Jigsaw sharks a more fulfilling meal than simply griffons." Danse gleefully rubbed his hands, looking at the chaos of the city. As a street performing, reveling in the chaos was the norm. "I would also like to sate my curiosity - Zellara was so kind. I would enjoy paying her, or whoever collected us to slay Gaedren, another visit."
Kurstin nods and looks to Dagnam. "Dag, perhaps you and I should escort the children to our homes, and let Danse and Kai take care of Lamm. With the city in an uproar, the guards will have their hands full, and won't be able to watch this one properly." Pulling Danse aside, the artificer whispers, "Make sure the sharks have bite-sized chunks, OK? Wouldn't want them to miss anything..."
If agreeable, Kurstin and Irma move quickly through the streets with the remaining children, holding hands. They guide everyone to their family's home, introducing the kids to Kurstin's parents. The reunion of Irma is a joyful one, and the new children are welcomed with open arms. "Of course you will stay with us until your real families are found..." they tell the children.
Radgar nods at Kurstin's suggestion. He was eager to get Dagnam off the street and somewhere safe. Kurstin's home would work until they could figure out what was going on in the city. But splitting up didn't seem like a good idea either.
'Right then boyyo, let's get these kids off the street and to safety'
Fargrim was washing dishes at the Boar and Bear Tavern in the Heights district as he had for the past few weeks. The dwarf was not a kid anymore and the manual labor was a killer on his back and knees. He did like being able to get the copper pans to gleam as bright as a mirror but he was always surprised by the face looking back at him. His jet back beard and hair now had more salt than pepper in them. The lines on his face seemed deeper than he remembered.
A raucous clanking of bells broke him from his daydream. He peeked his head out the backdoor to see what what going on. He was greeted with the sights and sounds of chaos. He quickly ducked back inside and yelled to the tavern's proprietor to quickly move into the basement and take cover. "I don't think anyone is after you, Grandol, but I'd rather you stay safe." The barkeep listened to the Dwarf. He understood that his new dishwasher had a lot more experience in things like this than the old barkeeper did.
Fargrim followed down to the basement where Grandol agreed to let him live until he got back on his feet. Fargrim went over to his cot, slung on his chainmail, grabbed his trusty hammer and shield and disappeared through the trapdoor in the ceiling. He ran outside, not knowing exactly what was going on or where he wanted to go. He just knew he had to be ready for a fight.

Kaisaras sighs from under his scarf mask and speaks softly to the party so that others don't overhear him, "Let me see if I can point his attention elsewhere." Looking back to the doomsayer, a light cringe followed on his face. Why people would be so quick to give up and give in to the idea of the End was beyond him. Wasn't it the point of life to struggle against such things?...he was getting philosophical. Another time.

Recalling that Groteus is a Lessor God of the End Times and a Harbinger of the End of Days, Kaisaras holds up a hand to the man, speaking bluntly, "Calm yourself! All of you!" He makes a speech to the others, "The End is far from near, this chaos shalln't swallow us, it, like all things will pass. That said, it is not the time to give in to the temptations of the darkness, but to unite against it! Stop this madness and get to the safety of your loved ones! Be calm and trust those with the power to bring about change, to protect us!" As he's speaking to the crowd, Kaisaras makes motions for the party to keep moving.
Kurstin puts himself between the crowd and the children - his primary goal to keep them safe at all costs. "Keep moving, kids. We didn't rescue you from Lamm to lose you to this crowd!"
With the body of Lamm slung across his meaty shoulders, Radgar keeps the kids moving forward. Even as the chaos breaks out around them, the cleric remains focused on the children, on Dagnam in particular, as the crowd approached them. 'Groteus indeed! Come on children, stay close and keep moving.'
