“Unfortunately, I don’t. I do speak the language of many fiends and devils, which might also convince them, but I don’t know if they’d understand what I was saying.” Harmony sets down her drawing, thinking over different ways the plan could work. ”How would you make it sound like my voice comes from Azrael?”
The redhaired spellcaster is unconscious right now, but seems stable. The arrow wound on his leg is bleeding, but it's a non-lethal injury. Searching him, you find two daggers, a sickle and an Orb.
The blond man's arrow wound is even less severe, but appears to have a concussion. On the pockets of his robes, you find 30 silver coins.
The half-orc had 10 arrows left for ammunition, but besides that and the shortbow he doesn't seem to have anything else on his person beyond the clothes he's wearing.
Under the black robes, all three of them were wearing ragged common clothes.
"With a book... You mean Vonskeltuehk?" The half-orc says. "Silver hair, black mask... He's been in the cult far, far longer than any of us. He's a warlock, I heard that his patron was a dracolich, but that could have been just a rumor, a tall-tale. Badass lies to scare the newbies with. He was here to recover a map, said that it was a map to the location of a dragon's nest. We were just his back-up."
The half-orc is terrified, and he's quick to spit out a bunch of information. His one eye constantly darts between Azrael, Petmailer and the unconscious redhead. "We are new here, this is my first mission. Vonskeltuehk already left to the camp with everyone else, he's to give the map to Cyanwrath and Mondath. Mondath's our cleric, she's the second in command right now, and Cyanwrath is our leader, he's the one in charge of this whole plan." He stares at Azrael as he says. "He looks a lot like you."
"Look, we are just the new guys, I don't know anything else, I swear! Everyone already left to the camp, but Adrian and I started fighting over the next phase of the plan and we got left behind with that other guy. I don't like this town, but I didn't..." He interrupts himself before continuing. "There was a map here and we were sent to retrieve it, that's it, okay? I don't know anything else, and if I did, Cyanwrath would kill me if I said it!"
"If you have to kill someone, kill the guy with the mace, I don't even remember his name, I don't know him. But please, spare Adrian!" He pleads. He seems to be referring to the spellcaster. "We were fighting just now, but... He's the one who introduced me to Tiamat, to the cult, who gave me hope. He told me that Tiamat's return will purge the world of sin and turn the world to ash... But that a new world will rise from those ashes, pure and free of crime and war. He gave me hope." He repeats. There's some doubt now that he repeats to you the words Adrian said to him, but he seems to still believe it. He goes silent after that, realizing that he has said way too much.

Gunra repeats the mage's name to himself. 'Vonskeltueh'. It was draconic. How pretentious. We've also got a healer, a dragonborn, and who knows how much mindless cannon fodder to contend with.
After the half-orc stems the flow of information, Gunra locks eyes on him and advances before dropping into a crouch to get a closer look.
"I've always wondered why people worship. . . 'evil' gods. Gods that care nothing for their followers, gods that would bring pain and suffering upon even those that would support them."
One clawed hand scratches the tortle's chin, thinking.
"But you see it as a controlled burn to let the forest floor sprout new life. Fascinating."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Petmailer takes the arrows from the half orc. "Thank you." He walks over to the blonde cultist and then asks the half orc "You will tell us the location of the camp, correct? I know that you remember where that is, right?" He stoops down and picks up the Morningstar from the blonde cultist, pauses, then swings it down hard on him.
To hit him : 21 Damage : 4
Afterwards, he turns and smiles at Azrael and says "Looks like I have some extra rope." He looks back at the half orc. "Now then, where is the location of that camp? I'm all ears."
”How would you make it sound like my voice comes from Azrael?”
Oh no, Your voice would come from Tiamat herself. My plan was to connect with the mind of the lizards ((message)) and make it appear as if the Tiamat herself is communicating with her minions.
Even as everything else is going on, Azraels body simply disappears right in front of everyone that was still in the barn. He simply ceased to exist as far as they knew. Perhaps he had been summoned to Celestia, where Bahamut resides, perhaps he had spontaneously combusted in an instant, or perhaps some great magic had been worked and forcefully drug him somewhere on the planet. Regardless, he was no longer there.
Just before Azrael disappears, Petmailer attacks the concussed cultist with his own weapon. You all hear the cracking sound of bones breaking, and the man lets out a last pained gasp for breath before he stops breathing.
While he was the one to suggest that he be killed instead, the half-orc still looks horrified at the act. "I already told you, I can't say anything or I'll be killed, please, I..."
There's a pause as the dragonborn who was holding him suddenly disappears into thin air. Both the half-orc and the spellcaster fall to the ground.
The spellcaster is slowly waking up. "What...?"
"It's about to begin." The half-orc says suddenly. "That guy... He was a Chosen of Bahamut or something, right? His own god pulled him out of here and sent him elsewhere because he was going to die if he stayed. You all should run too! The last phase of the operation is about to begin. Let us escape please, or we're all going to die here!"
“That could work. If I spoke out loud as I cast the spell and used a different accent they might not recognize it as me. I would probably have to speak in Common, though.” Picking up her crayon again, Harmony begins writing out ideas for a message in the margins of her drawing:
My loyal servants - my champion is disguised among those who have captured you. Reveal to him all he needs to know.
We might be able to teach you the proper words in Draconic. I would say the dragon queen would be much more ruthless and direct. She would be more harsh to their minions, I do not believe she would call them "loyal servants", just calling them "minions" would be probably more her way. She would probably try to instill a fear in them. Phrases like "obey me or perish" would probably be her way.
((DM: Would you allow us translating the stuff for Harmony and then her speaking it in draconic, despite her not knowing the language?))
Hamony hums her agreement, scratching out portions of her note and re-writing it:
My loyal servants Minions - my champion is disguised among those who have captured you. Reveal to Tell him all what he needs to know or perish at my hand.
“It sounds like a good idea, hopefully, they are dumb enough to believe it.” He rubs Leyding’s head and says “I can help teach you Draconic, Harmony. It’s primary hard sounds, but not too difficult.”
"Why don't we head outside, just in case?" Harmony suggests. She checks on the kobolds to make sure they're still properly tied up, then turns to Nurm and says, "Shout or send a message if you need help."
Petmailer sends a message to Harmony “We have two cultists over here, have you built the jail yet?” Petmailer takes the clothes from the deceased blond cultist, possibly to use as a disguise in the future. He leaves the unconscious cultist to Gunra (after taking away his orb and weapons), and marches the tied up half orc to the door, dagger at his throat. “We will leave you to the good townspeople here, count yourself lucky. Let’s leave here, Gunra.” Petmailer looks around quickly to see if there is anything else of note in the mill.
"We have a plan to try and get information from the kobolds. Can you send Azrael to meet me out front of the house?" Harmony replies, gathering her things and standing up. Before she leaves, she tells Leyding, "Stay here. We'll be back soon, and Nurm will take care of you while we're gone."
((Sorry, internet connection has been messy today. Didn't read ArtymisMoon's post long till I had already posted))
At the house
Harmony, when you check the kobolds, you see that the white one has seemingly fallen sleep, saving his energy for later, while the red kobold still looks scared but he's no longer rambling about everything burning.
Distracted from her drawing by Kane's rubs long enough to hear little bits of the conversation, Leyding turns her head to Kane to ask him. "...Plan? What plan? Can I help?"
As they leave, she will obediently stay behind, but not before whimpering "Please do come back. I wait right here!"
At the Mill
The half-orc seems like he's about to protest when you mention taking him to the townspeople, but he quickly shuts up when Petmailer threatens him with his dagger.
The redhead is slowly waking up, but he seems too out of it to do anything... Or maybe he has heard enough to know he's better not trying anything fishy right now. He opens his eyes for a brief second, then closes them again.
Gunra pauses when Azrael disappears, then craning his head, stares up into the sky. He searches the azure expanse for a few moments, as if expecting to see the dragonborn simply flying away. When it becomes evident that he had well and truly just. . . vanished, he follows Petmailer's lead. He attempts to haul the 'unconscious' spellcaster over his shoulder and follow the elf to their next destination.
Petmailer responds to Harmony’s message and says back “Azrael just disappeared, very strange, I don’t know where he went. Coming to you now with two captives. Meet us outside.”
He holds the half orc’s bonded arms with one arm, dagger to his ribs in the other. With Gunra they march the two captives back to Milo’s house and regroup outside. As they are going he keeps an eye out for danger -

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Walking down the path to Milo's house, you see that the half-orc is looking nervously at the sky, but you fail to see anything yourself when you look up. The sky is clouded and the sun is setting, but there's nothing noteworthy to find.
When you arrive to the house, you hear the supposedly unconcious redhead whisper to himself. "Chromatic Dragon, conquer our weakness…"
Gunra and Petmailer are back at the house.
