Petmailer stops and sends a quick message to Harmony "I've got a very bad, dragon obsessed poet up here. I need you up front." He follows with "Convince her that we are checking on safety, there is a kobold insurrection, see if we can get info."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Harmony replies to the message, "Information about what? Milo? Cyanwrath? The cult's plans?"
Once she has a response, she slips to the front of the group and enters the chamber the woman is in, doing her best to look officious. "Those idiot kobolds have forgotten their place and are starting a riot outside. We've been sent to secure the caves. Have you heard or seen anything?"
((Either deception or persuasion if needed, both are the same: 18))
Petmailer sends a message to Nurm, Gunra, and Kane "Let's walk in and support her story, she needs our backup."
Petmailer walks in and gives help to Harmony, stating "Any kobolds here? They have gone nuts up there! Attacking everything in sight -" he turns to look at the woman in the room "Are you ok?" (? reroll deception for advantage?)

Deception roll for Kane: 16
Kane, when you walk in to spot the woman, you see that the chamber contains a writing desk and stool, several tables with books and papers, and a mirror on a floor stand. Light comes from two oil lamps. Thick rugs completely cover the floor, with a rope ladder fixed in near-by, for some reason... You take a step, and barely manage to not fall: There's a deep hole hidden and covered by the rugs, and you almost fell into it.
Evidently not caring that this unknown tiefling almost fell to his death because of trap located on her chambers, the woman walks to you and stares you down coldly. You recognize her as the woman who gave the speech to the camp back when she showed Leosin trapped to the wooden cross. "A kobold what now? Do you idiots can't do anything right?" She asks, but she isn't even looking at you in particular, it's like she's making a rhetorical question about the whole camp.
It is just then that she spares a look on Kane, and then Harmony. "Shameful. You'd think an army with some of Asmodeus's children in it would know how to keep a few 'dragon dogs' in line..." She speaks loudly to herself. She must think lowly on her troops as to not recognize that she hasn't actually seen these two tieflings before, all her underlings must look the same to her.
She goes back to the chamber and grabs her halberg. "What's happening out there? Who was the instigator?" She demands.
Petmailer, you can tell that she seems to be a cleric, but not much else.
Without even looking at Nurm, she starts to walk towards the surface. "Stay here" She orders. "Go to the eggs and keep watch. If anything happens to them, consider yourselves dead."
If no one asks anything else, she leaves.

After she leaves, Kane breathes a sigh of relief. “That was the close. The eggs? The dragon eggs? Okay, I understand that we are supposed to keep the eggs away from the cult, but what do we do with them after we get them? Take them back to town? The momma won’t be happen and may destroy the town.” Kane tells the group.
When the priest leaves, Nurm looks carefully around, making sure the group is alone. Does anyone of you know anything about dragon eggs? Nurm pauses for a while. If you watch him closely you might spot how his focusing crystal starts to blink brightly, mirroring Nurm's mind. I do not suggest this ligthly but It would be the best course of action to just destroy them. The cultists are already trying to burn everything down anyway, and this way we might at least deal wit the spawns of Tiamat before they cause much trouble. I just hope there aren't any "kidnapped" eggs of Bahamut.
"That. . . was a remarkable deception." Gunra whispers, uncharacteristic awe in his voice. "We should keep moving though. We need to be gone before she comes back. Regarding the eggs. . ."
He thinks for a moment.
"I cannot be certain. Dragons can be quite proud and wrathful. I would be surprised if the mother is still involved. It would be strange for her to trust some lowly humanoids with her children. If she is still present, and she finds out the cult lost her eggs. . . she may well kill them all for us. But we can revisit that when we have them and are out of here."

Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
On the chamber the cleric just left, you can see spread open on one of the tables is a simple map of the Greenfields area showing the villages the cult attacked and looted. An arrow is sketched in from the Greenfields toward the west and the town of Beregost on the Trade Way, where the arrow turns north. Among the poetry, you see what looks like a note.
“Hmmmm” Kane thinks for a minute. “Do anyone of you know of Naerytar? I’m not familiar with that name. The notes also talks about some treasures..perhaps from the dragon’s hoard where they got the eggs? The mother could have been slain...although I doubt Tiamat would also a dragon to be killed unless it was a devout of Bahamut, right, Gunra?”
Gunra thinks for a moment, only glancing momentarily at the table's various notes.
"Hmmmph. Hard to say - I'm not truly privy to the dealings of the Brother and Sister." Rethinking his decision, he plucks one of the discarded poems and stuffs it into a belt pouch. "But I don't think she is a caring mother. Might know some more when we rescue those eggs. Between the kobold massacre, egg rescue, and the fire, we might buy time for Beregost. . . if our luck holds up."

"I've had practice,"Harmony mutters in response to Gunra's first comment. While the others are discussing, she reads through the first couple pages of poetry before she can't take any more. Picking up the woman's pen, she copies the word 'Pathetic...' in Draconic from her most recent Tiamat note onto one of the pages, then buries it under a few others so it won't be noticed right away.
"So are we still setting fires? And are we destroying these eggs or taking them with us? Because if they hatch I don't know what we're going to do with a bunch of baby dragons."
Miss Harmony, you seem to be the most versed with words among us. Would you please copy the notes we found. And the poems too, maybe there is some hidden meaning in them. As for the eggs, I still believe it is a bad idea to just leave them in the hands of the cult. Lets see how many there are and how large they are. We will decide the further course of action when we know exactly the situation.

It seems the lizards aren't happy that their home was not returned so they've decided to rebel.
In the manner one sizes up their opponent, Petmailer rapidly appraises the cult leader in 2 ways :
1) How powerful are they? (Would they be likely to kill me in a straight up fight?
2) Is she a magic wielder- sorcerer, warlock, wizard.....?
