Petmailer quickly scans her desk, looking for her name, where she may have signed a document, or at the bottom of the poetry, etc. Also scanning the desk looking for any signs of the gems that were mentioned. He says "Snap out of it guys, we need to be out of here right now. We need to be moving much quicker." He then throws aside the rugs on the floor, the one where there was a trap apparently and a rope ladder, looking for what is underneath.
Depending on what is there, if nothing else is in the room, Petmailer hisses "Let's go, quickly!" and begins to walk calmly, but quickly out of the room, aiming to take a look in area #12 and 11.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Petmailer, by reading the letter's signature, you find that the cleric's name is Frulam Mondath, and that Rezmir is a Wyrmspeaker. No clue about who or what's Naerytar, though. Down the chute you see nothing but ragged pieces of patchment and paper, which when inspected turn out to be nothing more than poems Mondath seems to not have been proud of.
On the #12 chamber, you find that it is mostly empty, except for a few boxes, scattered coins, small gems... and one cultist who is sleeping soundly on the floor. There's several empty bottles of wine around him.
On the 11 chamber, you find beds and scabbards decorated with dragon motifs.
Petmailer and everyone who went into chamber #11, make a perception check.

Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Petmailer, as you look around the chamber, you spot the two ambush drakes hiding in the shadows of the chamber before they can strike you or anyone else in the group by surprise.
Maybe these drakes can sense somehow you are not from around here, maybe they are hungry. Whatever the case, they attack.
Roll initiative and post your action. Because Petmailer was the first to go to the chamber and spotted them before they could ambush you all, he gets to attack them first before the drakes do anything.
Kane spots the two ambush drakes but sees that Petmailer is quicker on the draw. He tries to cast Eldritch Blast on the same one Petmailer attacks, hoping to kill it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Petmailer's attack hits and the ambush drake hisses in pain. Even though it is losing a lot of blood, it still tries to blindly attack the party, and will end up attacking whoever rolls the lower initiative:
Drake 1's attack:
Attack: 5 Damage: 4
The other growls and lunges against Petmailer, its fangs bared.
Against Petmailer:
Attack: 13 Damage: 7

Hearing the sounds of combat, Harmony follows the others into the room and attempts to stab the already-injured drake with her rapier. As she does so, she begins to hum an old battle tune under her breath.
Petmailer, you see that the drakes are able to understand Draconic words, though they aren't smart enough to speak it. They are also pretty much scaly guard dogs.
The drake that Petmailer injured tries to bite Kane, but the eldritch blast hit it before it can. It tries to attack again in desperation, but you can see that it is on death's door. (1 hit point)
Against Kane:
Attack: 16 Damage: 5
As for the other drake, while Harmony doesn't manage to pierce its hard scales with her rapier, Gunra's axe does the work just fine. Before the drake can attack the tortle in retaliation, Nurm's spell and stops, hurt and growling in confusion. During this round, attacks against this drake can be rolled with advantage.
