Duncan reserves his action and hits when grick1 attacks him ( I counted those two rolls as advantage you can only attack once with a held action which is a reaction) Killing it by cutting it in two.

((We currently have no light, correct? In that case, if the gricks don't have anything other than darkvision, Kat is invisible (and also invisible to the party), so I am rolling with advantage. If she's not in darkness, or they have the ability to see here via blindsight/tremorsense, then just take the first die rolled.))
Kat steps to the side (I26) and shoots at the grick, starting at the nearest, and moving back if she were to drop it.

Azzure moves to square G21. He opens his mouth and crackling lightening shoots out in a straight line, affecting the Grick at G19 and G15. They take 10 lightening damage, with a DC 14 Dex save to take half of that.
Afterwards, with a bonus action he casts spiritual weapon and a glowing, blue mace appears at G20, striking the Grick at G19, Attack: 24 Damage: 6.
After that, he moves back to where he started, F25.

Gryrig targets the nearest alive Grick and throws two Psychic Blades at it. (If necessary to get the angle right, he will step out a few steps south, and then a few steps back north back to where he started)

((Azzure wanted to move back with the rest of his movement back to where he started, or as close to it as possible.))

(I think Kat wanted to move to I26, which helps Torman get in view of the enemies..)
Torman will move down to H27
Then attacking #3, he hurls firebolts at it, moving onto #4 if needed..
