((I have to say, I am really excited to see how this plays out! I have been busier this week and that will likely continue, but I will try my best to keep this rolling at a good speed through this bit))
Ash, in the current moment, you don't sense any danger.
Ben I have moved you on the map, please let me know if that is the right spot. Your flatulence trick works, and this does provide an interesting distraction.
The woman says "DAFUK IS THAT!!?? Yeah, honestly, what did you eat, Grix?" Grix the hobgoblin responds, quite annoyed "C'MON! THAT NOT ME! THAT SMELL COME FROM HUMAN REAR!"
Ok, I am still going to need those stealth rolls from Ess and Ash.
Let's now apply disadvantage to the hobgoblin's passive perception given this prank that Billard has just pulled. (Like Grwobert mentioned earlier, the -5 is now applied to its existing passive perception.) The woman has no chance of seeing Ess and Ash, especially now, and therefore will not be included in this.
Also, you will get advantage on your stealth rolls since Ben is standing in the way.
Ess goes first. Stealth: 15
Ess makes it across, unseen and unheard. (ATTA BOY)
Ash you can go ahead and make your check.
tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock... time's on.
The seconds start to pass in Korrik's head as he notices Ess and Ash bolt. Korrik notices that the bar securing the door is easily lifted and won't take much effort when the 30 second mark hits.
Korrik, once you open the door, without giving away details, initiative will start. That is meta of course. I will determine how far away from the door you get on the map before combat starts.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As time counts down, Korrik will move to the Danger Door and conjure the sound Ess makes when he's gnawing on jerky on the FAR side of the door, but louder. He'll start it just on the other side, then move its origin back 5 ft, then back 5 ft, then back 5 ft, trying to draw them away from being RIGHT next to the door when he opens it.
Initiative when needed: 5
((Fork.))
((I'm assuming this is a door the swings towards Korrik? In which case he'll knock the bar up and back away, then start using minor illusion to draw them back towards the door, if he managed to pull them away from it earlier. If they don't push it open and come shambling forth, he'll figure something else out.))
((OOC: ok damn yes this is every exciting. Lots of moving parts. Really loving all this, no matter what happens))
Ess just goes for it, and seems to do a decent job of sneaking across.
Ash gets down on all fours ((which I don’t think the party have see before. It almost happened in the attic, but got retconned when she noticed the flying bugs)), and she looks far more like a beast than she has done up until now. She starts, slinking and coiled like a domestic cat before a pounce. And then she goes for it too...
Stealth check: 19
Still on all fours, she moves like a silent blur, through the patches of light, and back to the relative safety of the shadows and the southern cavern. She stands again, when she’s next to Ess. And catches her breath and readies herself for the next stage of the plan.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((I will start numbering the enemy icons if it starts to get confusing. I have it 100% all good on my end without the numbers, but if it gets to hard to call the shot on the proper enemy just let me know))
Ash also makes it across. "Woah. Cool."Ess whispers to Ash as he sees her get on all fours to get across. "Very cool." he nods at her and stands ready to move. He hasn't decided yet which of his weapons he might use if/when things get hairy, but will take one or the other at a whim when he knows.
Korrik, you head over to the door and create the sounds. It works. The door does indeed swing back towards you when you knock the bar off the holders. You then begin your illusions to draw them back as you noticed that 5 skeletons were stood up and fussing around with the noises in the end of the room that you made. When you opened the door, the sounds of them were really apparent. Clicking and knocking and mumbling skeleton noises. They look back at the opened door, and while they might not exactly see Korrik right now, they have been aroused and annoyed, and initiative will start. I am rolling for the people in the caverns, but they don't yet realize what has happened yet and will act accordingly when their turns come up. (they are not yet hostile)
Skeletons: 12
Women: 17
Men: 8
Boss: 6
Hob: 18
Ess: 12
((I will continue this in a new post. Have to get the order set and map tweaked!))
The man by the barrels moves closer to the bald guy. "Damn that's a lot of whisky, yeah boss?" (maybe only Billard hears this) The man in the skinny cave remains where he is.
Ess whispers to Ash"Ok... I think Korrik must've opened the door by now? I hope he's ok. I wonder if there are really skeletons in there. Fork. This is intense Ash." he moves closer to the cavern wall.
Ash will whisper to Ess, “Come on, we need to move carefully away from the main entrance of the tunnels, around to the south of this central structure. Ben said that was clear and the best place to wait... Don’t want to be here when the skellies come through!”.
((On Ess’s and Ash’s turns Ash would instruct and manoeuvre them to the red dots on the spoiler map below (if possible). And listen and wait and dodge. Thanks)).
The hobgoblin responds "IS NOT ME. IS HER. HER BUM SMELL ROTTEN."
The woman then starts to walk away into the east room with the others. "Willard. It's Grix. This is ridiculous." and gags as she is walking and when she gets closer to the man and the bald guy, she'd say "Grix shat himself. Again. Dafuq we feeding them again?"
The bald guy responds "The usual. Oh no, are you serious? *sigh*"
Ash, you give the instructions to Ess as you move silently to the areas you've specified. (Ess would've moved there on his turn as he would've known)
Korrik, you move back and continue to make the illusionary sounds!
The skeletons burst out of the room, following the sounds. Once they get out of the room, they see Korrik, and then all dash towards him. They are dashing, clicking and clanking their old bones as they do the skeleton run. Korrik, you knew they were coming, but seeing them now really in full view may freak you out a little especially since they are very close.
However... @Korrik
There is a faint blue light coming from the east wall in the skeleton room on the floor and it seems to be getting brighter and brighter as the skeletons emerge from the room.
Next Round: Men, Ess, Billard, Hobgoblins, Woman, Bald guy, Ash, Korrik, Skeletons
Neither of the men move. The one in the east cave likely laughs at Grix.
Ess continues to listen, wait and dodge if necessary.
Ben, Grix responds "HER. NOT GRIX." and he kind of nods at you and moves away from the stink as you walk away.
Grix moves south. He wants to get away from the smell. "WOMAN BUM STINK." he spits. He currently does not notice Ess. "I wait here until smell go away." His back is turned towards Ess.
The woman and the bald guy continue to laugh and make fun of Grix. The woman moves further into that cave actually.
Ash is up! (I have Korrik's move queued - thanks Spider! I will give rationale for the jumpy skelly's when I process Korrik's turn)
With the hobgoblin closer, but facing away, Ash will just remain where she is. If Ess looks concerned, or looks to her for what to do, she will just give him a silent ‘shhh’ gesture, with one finger. And a then a reassuring ‘wait’ gesture holding her palm up facing him, with a faint smile and nod. We wait and listen and watch...
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((perfect - I fixed Ben's location))
Ash remains still and gestures to Ess as ne nods.
Korrik, these skeletons had likely been locked away in that room for quite some time, all the while waiting to be 'aroused'. The noises you created in that room really got them going, and with the door then opening, the reanimated creatures took the opportunity to burst forth. I think the occupants of the barracks (the dumber ones) might've played games with them too a lot of the time. Pocking and knocking at the door. Inadvertently keeping them lively.
The closest skeleton does take a swing at you with a ragged shortsword as you run away from it. Attack: 10 Damage: 5
Korrik is too quick.
Let me know if I have Korrik's placement correct. Are you going to shut the secret door when you get into that stair section?
The skeletons continue to follow the halfling. Some of them dash, some of them don't.
Korrik, the moment you get into the secret stairwell, you notice that the blue light coming from the floor in the skeleton room gets even brighter as it's starting to even light up the barracks. Something emerges from the wall in that room via a secret door, but you don't see it/know this yet since you are in the stairs. I'll uncover that part of the map though just for simplicity.
Korrik would hear a hoarse voice say “Secrets found and lost then found and lost then found again. Your paltry minds cannot fathom …”
Only you would hear this, and it would be quite hard to hear. Especially if you shut the secret door. You might think the skeletons chasing you said it actually.
Next Round: Men, Ess, Ben, Hobgoblins, Woman, Bald guy, Ash, Korrik, Skeletons
The men remain where there are.
Ess also remains silent and hugs the wall, listening to Ash and waiting for the right moment.
((By my count he could have reached where you have him now with 60 ft of movement? Would he be able to get another 10 ft with the rest? Leaving the door open for the skellies to follow. Map is currently exposed on the far side, FYI.))

((I thought it was the 70, but perhaps it could've been more with diagonals that I might not have used. I moved him another 10 ft, and sounds good about the door! Yeah I wanted to expose that last part of the map. The new skeleton (that Korrik can't see) has opened a door in that room, and is leaving the door open, so it just saves me exposing it later.))
Updated map.

Ben is mildly surprised how much common the hobgoblin speaks but adds,
"That was foul Grix."
He goes back and grabs the torch from the wall and waves it around the air near the hobgoblin, hopefully darkening the path behind him.
He renews the stink behind Grix as well, gagging for real himself.

Map is updated.
Billard just stands where he is by the hob and asks,
"Ya need a new pair of pants?"
((He is dodging I guess?))
Korrik moves back by the table (35 ft move), creating illusory sounds towards the door as he goes to draw out whatever is clacking in the far room.
