Bodyguard Information - Meep, Twitch, Lussa

The ad for the bodyguard lists the address as one in the North Ward at a building called Lodge 21 - which isn't far from the manor. You arrive there and there's a large painting of a white owlbear standing next to a group of children. Hanging on the door is a sign labeled," Owl Bear Scout Troop #21." The door opens as a young dark-skinned half-elf smiles at all three of you. "Hello, I'm Scoutmaster Bo. I haven't seen you here." He eyes Meep and Twitch. "Are you here to inquire about the Owl Bear Scouts for your children?"

Sybil and Demalis is there anything you'd like to do in regards to repairs or gathering information? All of the repairs will be covered in the 1,000 gold, so you don't have to worry about something costing extra, unless it's something like a magical barrier.

No real preference or special requests from Sybil about repairs. 

For the repairs not really, just that he'd also be working on getting the bar stocked. Once he's confirmed the bar will be fixed up and stocked, and has a definite date for it, he'd start doing some word of mouth advertising their grand opening.

"Huh?  Oh, uh," Lussa stammers for a moment, taken aback by the question, "no, we were looking for J. B. Nevercott about the bodyguard positions."

Twitch reaches up and holds Lussas hand, " Mama?"

Then winks at Meep.

The Scoutmaster clears his throat. "Oh, you're looking for that work. He's usually not here but today he happens to be teaching a knife-throwing class." He disappears for a moment.

Seconds later, a familiar dark-elf with an eye patch and a wide-brimmed hat - the same drow who spoke to Demalis about his mission. "Well well, if it isn't the heroes of Trollskull Manor. You're looking for information about the bodyguard job for my good friend Drizzt Do'Urden. It's not that exciting. It pays 300 gold pieces, and you'd be watching him over him for an afternoon. But if you want it, the job is yours."

He stops for a moment and drops to his knees looking at Twitch and Meep. "Don't worry, there won't be any funny business with the Zhentarim this time. Drizzt can more than take care of himself, but the City Watch insists on bodyguards to keep things under control. Do you want the job?"

The three of you go ahead and make History (Int) checks. Lussa, since you're a drow ranger you can do it with Advantage.

Are Demalis and Sybil going to answer the door?

Sybil let out an annoyed sigh as she snaps shut the book and hjeads down the three floors to front door and opens it, "Who are you?"

Rotthran waits patiently at the door until an annoyed Sybil answers it.

"Name's Rotthran, Mister Nackles has instructed my associates to offer our services to the occupants of Trollskull Manor to offer insight and support regarding current Zhentarim operations," Rotthran bows.

Sybil will try to send messages to anyone in household, "Anyone know a mister Nackles or Rotthran? Rotthran says he's here to help with Zhentarims?," turning to Rotthran, "I guess take a seat if you can find one. I've not been informed of anything of this but I may have just missed it," moving asiode to let them in.

Delmalis will respond as he hurries downstairs, "I don't, but given that one of our recent employers has been killing them, it might be a good idea to be cautious."

He looks at the others, and shrugs. "Sounds like easy money to me. Let's do it!"

"Mister Nackles was quite insistent that my services would of use to you all," Rotthran steps in to find a seat.

Bodyguard Information - Lussa, Twitch, and Meep

Twitch and Lussa, you've both heard of tales about Drizzt Do'Urden, a drow ranger who forsake Lolth and the people of the Menzoberranzen.

J.B. smiles at the three of you. "Looks like you're set for Mielikki Con and that will be in three days. I'll have one of my associates draft you passes and escort you to Drizzt. Now if you excuse me, I have to show children how to throw knives at targets."

J.B. bows and exits through the door.

It's about past noon, what would you three like to do?

Trollskull Manor (Day 1 Renovation) - Sybil and Demalis

As you speak, the renovation crew arrives and shows themselves inside to begin their work. . The foreman, a long-haired orc smiles and waves at everyone. "Don't worry folks, you won't even know we're here."

Twitch grins widely at people just giving them money for things that they would do for fun anyway.

" Can we eat one of the weaker children?"

" To teach.........uh........survival skills......."

" No? Ok.  Drizzlut has a big panther in the tales I heard. I like cats, they are soft and spiky at the same time. Like Twitch."

Meep squints at Twitch and Lussa. "Should we go find this Roland person and invite him to stay at the Manor?"
