Meep, Twitch, and Lussa

The three of you travel to the Watch post where you see an officer, a muscular arrakocra, finishing paperwork. You see various Wanted Posters filling the office as a silver Dragonborn walks by and seemingly lectures a half-elf about keeping his desk clean.

As you file in, the officer notices you and stands straight, almost flexing his muscles asks," Can I help you?"

"We really need to set up some kind of system informing others what they're doing. Maybe the others are dead after taking a bad job. Who knows? think we can run the bar with two of us and a helper? " Sybil askes Demalis. 

"Quite, my associates do not take kindly to failure," says Rotthran.

Lussa nods and steps forward, "Yessir, we saw a notice you were looking for information on someone called the Black Viper.  I was hoping to get more details to know what we should be on the lookout for, or if there is anything we can do to help out?"

"I will consult my associates and shall let you know in due course," says Rotthran as he sits down at the bar.

"Erhhh....Consult who about what? Anyways we have 3 other living here, currently out and about doing what they do, I think we had a fourth but he's disapepared like smoke" Sybil question out loud as it just her, Rotthran and Delmaslis here at the bar.

The officer nods and looks over the trio. "You're those new folks who own the Trollskull Manor and who saved the farmers. Makes sense you'd want some details. Look, The Black Viper died one hundred years ago, or so we thought. One century after the death, she's returned to continue her criminal activities. There isn't much to go on, except she burglaries noble houses throughout Waterdeep. We've had some complaints from the Thanns, Cassalanters, and Wands. The recently deceased Lady Moonstar's ward also reported an attempted burglary before he stopped it. We don't have a description. If you want to help out, keep your eyes and ears open. She's dangerous, but if you catch her, bring her in."

Delmalis looks at Rotthran for a moment, "Perhaps that's something you could help us with, and demonstrate your usefulness to the group. Could you track down the others and bring back word of what they're up to?"

"Wow, that's a little unusual.  Undead, or copycat do you think?"  Lussa mills the implications over in her head.

(She will wait for his answer and respond appropriately, then:)

"Thank you very much, we will keep an eye out and bring her, or any information we gather to you.  Have a great day!"  Turning to Meep and Twitch, "let's get back to the manor and see what's happening there, then figure out what our next moves are going to be?  We still need to track down the parents that want an escort for their kids through the City of the Dead, right?"

"Track down the others, you mean your companions? As for the Black Viper, I shall get back to you on that," Rotthran smiles.

I don't think Demalis mentioned anything about the Black Viper - that's what Meep, Lussa, and Twitch are doing at the moment.

Twitch shrugged at the talk about the Viper, they were mostly of the opinion that more people should steal from nobles as a general rule.

 (Yeah, I think that might be the confusion, we’re in two different places right now.)

"Do you have a voice in your head as well? Whos' Black Viper? Who cares. It's best to remember where you are and now where the voice think you are," Sybil cautiously overserves the newcomer. 

Unless Lussa, Twitch, and Meep want to do something else on the way, they reach the manor where Demalis, and Sybil are speaking to Rotthran while crews are going to work on the renovations. It's about early afternoon.

Lussa will bring the others up to speed on the Bodyguard Job, and the opportunities for:
      the Black Viper;
      Roland the Renter;
      and escorting the children through the City of the Dead.

And then hopefully get brought up to speed on everything else.
