If he sees Kogu, and then the trap sitting right before the door, he'll try to carefully pick his way past to get at least within melee of the shifter at 10-H. Even if he can't get quite as far, he'll try to slash at Kogu if he is close enough before dazzingly Hans with a flourish of feints. "Come now, Hans! Can you guess what flesh my blade will find next!?"

Ruby releases her arrow, hitting 23 for 9 piercing with a Sneak Attack. Mazara takes the hit, but doesn't look well.

Perception to see who is hidden (I can contest, right?):20 assuming I see them- Mason moves to (wherever would be convenient) to attack (whoever's hidden), as Jason comes with to distract. Mason's Glaive shines green as he strikes(green flame blade. Hans takes 1 damage. unless he's sleeping, in which case i'll just attack.) Attack: 18 Damage: 9

(@SamuraiGuy You'd have to hit a target as part green flame blade. That said, hitting Hans with it will allow you to have the flames bounce to either me, knocking me into death saving throw ville, or to Kogu, giving them an automatic failed death save)
