(Lucius carves up the Boars as best he can and serves up some perfectly edible pieces of meat for the party to have dinner. It's not pretty, but it's good.
You all make camp for the night, taking turns on watch to make sure nothing sneaks up on you all. Nothing bad happens. You awaken, refreshed, and ready to continue.
You pick up the trail again and walk further into the woods. Around 11am or so, you reach a clearing. You slow down and see this:
(About 100 feet ahead, you see 2 goblins guarding a stone entrance. The goblin on the right looks like a serious little fellow, an intense look on his face as his eyes periodically scan the perimeter on the south side.
The goblin on the left, however, does not seem to be taking his assignment too seriously. He seems to be amusing himself with a dirty goblin magazine, hooting and hollering as he unfolds the centerfold and tries to show it to his more serious compatriot, who is visibly annoyed at his antics. They start arguing in goblin.)
Spoilers for Lucius and Roscoe
Since you two know Goblin, please give me Perception checks to see if you can overhear the Goblin's conversation.
(The two guard goblins start having an animated discussion... in Goblin. )
Spoilers are for Roscoe and Lucius
"Check out the *unclear* on her! Huh? Buddy?"
"Knock it off, Krang! We're supposed to be keeping watch while the boss does his ritual."
(Krang looks like he doesn't give a shit.)
"Dude, you're such a goody two shoes! We've been here for 3 days and haven't seen one single person! Nobody comes here!"
"It doesn't matter. Something happens and the boss will tear into both of us. So do your job."
(mimicking) "So do your job..."
(You all hear gibberish, but the serious one seems to be angry at the lazy one.)
(The rest of you all hear gibberish, but the serious one seems to be angry at the lazy one.)
"What the hell is taking so long, anyways?"
"It'll take as long as it takes. Boss said it might take as long as 24 hours, and they just got started last night."
"Then the kid gets it, right?"
"Yup. Needs to 'spill the blood of the innocent' to make the place all holy for the Goblin God."
"Well, that'll be fun, at least."
(The tension between the two goblins seems to be eased. The serious one almost cracks a smile. The lazy goblin goes back to his post, sits on a stump, gives a quick glance to the area he's supposed to be patrolling, then goes back to his magazine.)
DM's note: Ok, so, just so you're all aware of the situation, you're all about 100 feet away from the guard goblins. If you try to shoot them with arrows from where you are you would have disadvantage if you have a shortbow but if you have a longbow it's a normal roll. If you make it to the forest cover to the north you'd be about 60 feet away from the lazy one and about 80 ft away from the serious one. Also, if you want your damage to be non-lethal please let me know when you roll.
"Oh! I can do that!" Harmony perks up with a somewhat conspiratorial grin. "Back when I was little, distracting marks was all the rage among my friends. I could just wander down the road all conspicuous like and then, when the goblinos come after me, I could run over to you guys and you could nab them."

"The mongoose blew out its candle and was asleep in bed before the room went dark." —Llanowar fable
DMs note: Ok, just so you all know, when you get a spoiler, that means you know something the other members of your party don't know. It's up to you to communicate any info they don't have to them. This goes for Investigating, Perception, anything you may notice that they don't. Just keep that in mind.
Harmony, please tell me what you do and say, what you are trying to get them to do, etc, and try to give me some details. If you're trying to bluff, intimidate, persuade, something like that, I need a roll.
Everyone else, give me stealth checks, but I'll give you advantage since you're just staying put and letting them come to you. On the dice roller, just hit the little drop down and choose Advantage, and make sure to include modifiers.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With the plan in place, Harmony scurries off, backtracking just a bit so that she can begin walking down the road from the north. A deep breath later, she comes strolling down, singing a traveling tune to herself.
"Here I am, traveling far from home. In these wood, journeying all alone. Hoping goblins don't catch me, 'cause that would be very....sad."
Once the goblins clearly see her, Harmony gives a startled "Eep! Goblins!" and makes a dash for the foliage where her friends should be waiting, trying to sell her shock and fear as best as she can.
Deception: 20

((If it's not clear, Harmony is trying to get the goblins to chase after her because she appears to be a way too easy target. She even sells it by maybe "tripping" on a rock in her dash into the foliage.))

I'm going to go ahead and roll Stealth for Ravenath to keep things going.

(The serious Goblin starts yelling and running after Harmony. The lazy one seems to not want to go after her, but decides to follow his fellow guard's lead and run after her. They run right into the party ambush and are prone to a surprise round!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
DMs Note: Ravenath hasn't responded to PM, so I guess I'll play for him until he comes back (hopefully). Sorry, no advantage on the attacks. Harmony gets to take a surprise attack as well.
Ravenath Initiative: 3
(Roscoe dashes out of the treeline and lands a flying kick to the back of the Lazy Goblin that knocks the air out of him. He also tries a spinning punch, but just misses with that.)
It's Ravenath's turn, I'll give him the rest of the day to respond, otherwise I'll take his turn for him.
"Yeah, sure. I ain't much of a cook myself either but I'll give it a go. Somebody get a fire goin'."
*I draw a dagger and loom over the nearest Boar, cutting here and slicing there until we have what can only be described as 'bits of boar' *
"Ain't exactly bacon but it'll do."

Roscoe is going to talk to the team, “I think we should just rush at them from here”
"It's a lot of ground to cover. Maybe we could distract them, then rush?"
"Oh! I can do that!" Harmony perks up with a somewhat conspiratorial grin. "Back when I was little, distracting marks was all the rage among my friends. I could just wander down the road all conspicuous like and then, when the goblinos come after me, I could run over to you guys and you could nab them."
“Alright then Harmony can lure them here while we stay hidden behind these trees.”

Roscoe will strike the lazy one in the back twice:
Attack 1: Attack: 13 Damage: 7
Attack 2: Attack: 13 Damage: 7
(Do we get advantage because we are hiding? I rolled another attack roll in case)
In case Advantage for Attack 1: 10
In case Advantage for Attack 2: 11
Extra dice addition for Attack 2 because crit on advantage: 2
*I follow Roscoes attacks on the lazy goblin by attacking the same goblin*
Sneak attack using short sword: Atk 10 Dmg 11
