I was looking the Enormous Tentacle. It has a blindsight of 10 feet, but the reach of the attack is 35 feet. For adding more confusion, it also displays
"The tentacle can reach anywhere in the room."
How would that work? Could it attack enemies from 10 to 35 feet even if it doesn't "see" them? Or directly to all enemies on the room?
This is a campaign specific enemy that DDBeypnd has made a statblock for. In the text of the campaign, the tentacle has tremorsense. The statblock however is based on the Giant Constrictor Snake, whichhas Normal sight in addition to the 10ft of blindsight. If blindsight is the only sight a creature has, it says (blind beyond this radius) after the blindsight stat.
basically DDBeyond used the directions given in the text for the stats, but didn’t update them based on the additional descriptive text of the encounter, which gives the tentacle tremorsense instead of normal sight

So it is a bug then?
It’s an incomplete translation. The text says to use the giant constrictor snake statblock with a list of changes, but the list of changes In the text doesn’t include the explanation of the tentacles tremorsense which is earlier in the paragraph .
Thanks! I have looked the encounter and I see they missed the tremorsense. And since the room of the encounter is 35 feet of radius and the Constrict attack reaches all the room, they have translated into a 35 feet reach. Since we don't have any more information, for the tremorsense I would consider the minimum that would be those 35 feet.

Yeah, this.
Just try not to imagine how it sees visible light.
The encounter is in the Acquisitions inc book in chapter 1
