Flyby. The songbird doesn't provoke opportunity attacks when it flies out of an enemy's reach.
Actions
Beak.Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.
The beak should be either -2 to hit or (if songbirds, like almost all beasts, including ravens and owls, have finesse on their natural weapons) +4. If it is somehow not proficient in its own natural weapons - which would be weird, but ghouls aren't, so there's precedent - it should be -4 or +2. +0 to hit doesn't make any sense unless its beak is a Charisma weapon it's proficient in.
I really don't think that it should have an attack at all, like the Frog familiar.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with reskinning an existing monster for the sake of simplicity, but if we want to go for any measure of realism, the chickadee should be considerably slower than pretty much any other flying creature with a statblock.
Combat is not where this creature shines. They're pleasant, have good memories for storing and finding seeds, and sing. Songbirds are categorically different from other birds represented in D&D, and should have a trait to represent that.
You have three choices out of the current listing of birds, Hawks, Owls, and Ravens. Hawks are hunting birds with a strong attack, Owls are hunting birds that use stealth, so a songbird isn't either of those. The only choice then is a Raven stripped of it's mimicry, and attack, but people like to change things to more accurately reflect their concept inside of the rules. What is a songbird? It's a bird what primarily survives by there being a lot of them, so that each individual bird has a better chance of escaping attack. In order to do that, it sings a song to attract a mate, and the prettier the bird is, the sweeter the song is, the better. What governs that? Charisma. When a bird tries to convince another bird to mate with it, that's Persuasion, and Charisma is the governing score for that.

A chickadee is a small bird with a sweet song designed to attract a mate, they are typically brightly colored (from there, you are on your own, since there is quite a variety of appearances to chose from.)

you can fix your monster links by "[ monster]ActualMonsterName;WhateverWordYouWant[/monster]" -> big smart raven. It shows the 'WhateverWordYouWant' (everything after the semi-colon), but is actually 'ActualMonsterName'.
Oh, NICE! I might need to use those!
