...An affected target's speed is halved, it takes a −2 penalty to AC and Dexterity saving throws, and it can't use reactions. On its turn, it can use either an action or a bonus action, not both. Regardless of the creature's abilities or magic items, it can't make more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn...
RAW, a legendary creature can't take reactions and are limited severely on their turn. However, everything specifies "its turn" and Legendary Actions are not mentioned. Therefore a creature can still make three LAs each round.
Do you think this is part of the intended design to ensure these creatures don't lose too much of their advantage?
Is this highlighting a design flaw, where an additional line should be added to Slow to reduce/limit the number of LAs taken a round as well?
Are there any other odd interactions with Legendary Actions that you've noticed?
Listening to a few podcasts lately, and one thing I noticed was the interaction with Slow on a legendary creature.

The slow spell is already pretty powerful on large, single monsters as it is.
RAW seems to match RAI here - the legendary actions are not reactions, and are also not take on its turn, so they are ok.
