So, if I have a sword and shield Battle Master and I hit an enemy with a Trident that has the Topple Weapon Mastery, which requires a CON saving throw to avoid being knocked Prone, and I also combine Trip Attack to that, which requires a STR saving throw to avoid being knocked Prone, and then I use Shield Master as a Bonus Action which would require another STR saving throw to avoid being knocked Prone, does that mean I could have three attempts at knocking an enemy Prone on my turn?
I know that I can only knock an enemy Prone once, I just want to confirm that I could get three attempts at knocking the enemy Prone on my turn?
In the vast majority of cases, yes, you would be able to do all three of those things in the same turn. The Topple thing and Trip Attack are two simultaneous things, so per the general rule on simultaneous effects, whoever's turn it is gets to decide which of those two things happens first. Shield Master is a separate thing that would happen after both of those things (and you could decide whether or not to use it based on the results of the other two).
The only exception to this is if you are fighting something that is in the Huge size category (or bigger). The Trip Attack maneuver can only knock things Prone if they are Large size or smaller. Topple and Shield Master do not have this restriction. So, if you're attacking something Huge or larger, you only have two opportunities to knock it Prone. (Trip Attack does still apply its damage bonus to the attack in this case, but you might want to choose another more useful maneuver instead.)
LOL Yeah, I am trying to plan out the Feats I take at Level 6 and Level 8 and Shield Master is one of my considerations. I wonder if forcing three saving rolls per turn to try and knock an enemy Prone is overkill. I am also considering things like Charger, Sentinel, and Heavy Armor Master.

I'd say you're using the rules wisely ;)

Reading the question, I was thinking "Mmm... I think I saw a similar topic some days ago": Trip Attack + Topple Weapons/ Topple Mastery - Rules & Game Mechanics
It was also created by you, but this new thread has a new twist :D
BTW, I agree with @wagnarokkr.
