The Beholder's Disintegration Ray says, "If the target is a nonmagical object or a creation of magical force, a 10-foot Cube of it disintegrates into dust."
I'm confused by what a creation of magical force is intended to mean. Is this just another way of saying a magic item? Anyone have some insight on this?
It's referring to things like Wall of Force and other spells that create magical force. If it meant magic item, it wouldn't say "if the target is a nonmagical object."

Good point. Thanks for the clarification!
Just to give a few other example: Forcecage, Imprisonment (Burial option), or Temple of the Gods.
Basically any effect that says that being successfully targeted by a Disintegrate spell destroys/ends it.
