i miss counted the haste action as being a spell action instead of attack . it changes it slightly but still gets the haste, eldritch blast, eldritch blast, and two attack with two weapons making it 4 attacks. I think. over all a dex / cha build. haste, and dragon sroc and maybe item or proc and bracers of sheild. works well. for ac
working on it a tad bit and looking at a 20 lvl build.
the ideas is now, fighter 5 (action surge, duel wield, extra attack; sorc, meta, haste, dragon 13 ac; warlock 3, hexblade eldritch blast, grasp of hadar, agonizing blast; rogue swashbuckler, sneak attack,
the way things should work, would be as follows.
bonus cast a quickened haste, action and action surge elderitch blast, haste action to swing and sneak attack the enamy who would have been pulled to me.

8d10 + cha*8, weapon damage, sneak attack damage.
This build is a bit all over the place. There rogue levels just seem tacked on. Rogues really benefit from having a lot of rogue levels to increase their sneak attack dice. As is, you would only have 4d6 sneak attack dice.
If you drop the rogue levels all together and put them into warlock or sorcerer, you could get some better spell slots and eldritch smites(remember, warlock slots only). Your suggested combo doesn't need or benefit from extra attack, but if you really want it then warlock is likely a better path for it. Taking the crossbow expert feat would allow EB at close range, so when your smite knocks the enemy prone, you can EB at advantage. This would have the effect of changing your nova/alpha strike to bonus action: haste, extra haste action: eldritch smite (6d8+10? and prone), action: EB (4d10+20 at advantage), action surge: EB (4d10+20 at advantage). I'm not too much of an optimizer so surely this can be made better.
Final build fighter 3 champion or battle master/sorcerer 5 any/warlock 11 hexblade. I'm not sure the order.
Maybe the changes I'm suggesting are too different from your vision, in which case it's definitely better to do what you think is cool.
Just for comparison, a level 20 fighter with GWM is just as SAD and can shove prone with the first attack then follow that up with 7 GWM attacks at advantage for 7d12+105 damage.
the idea is sorta along the lines of pulling them into one on one combat and away from their group. then the sneak attack to cut them down. i thought about. and i could ether drop rogue for warlock and and use eldritch smite.
Also i'm not trying to fully optimize cause i know there are better nova builds (any thing with smite). It was a fun idea and i figured if o can pull this idea off i can work if for other ideas and sorta expand my knowledge

So i read a bunch of info and looked into a few things and came across an interesting idea.
The build starts with a 3rd level character, human. 1 sorc. 2 fighter, and finally human feat magic initiate warlock.
So combat starts cast elderitch blast, then your normal bonus action spell then action surge for eldritch blast.
skip a few levels till ya have 5th fighter and 5th sorc.
1st turn quickened spell haste myself, cast eldritch blast three times 2 beams each. 6d10, run up and duel wielding blades for like 2d8.
thoughts on this glass cannon anything to fix up any kinks or improve it?
I see only 3 spells and one weapon attack:
Bonus Action: cast Haste (quickened), Action: cast Eldritch Blast, Action Surge Action: cast Eldritch Blast, Haste Action: single weapon attack.
You'd have to explain where your other actions/attacks are coming from.
