Is there a specific rule to remove your armor that is currently affected by an ongoing effect (fire/heat, cold, acid, electric, creepy crawlies, etc)? How long will it take you to quickly remove it? Do you suffer any more effects (on your hands)? If someone wants to help you, will they get affected as well?
Thanks. Yeah, I have seen that as well. So far, the information has under "normal" circumstances. I was looking for one that tackles it under unusual, extreme, stressed, etc situations.

There are no official rules for putting on/taking off armor besides the one Stormknight detailed. There might be homebrew rules for that, but I don't know of any myself.

Thanks. I'll check out some homebrew rules for that.
I feel like I remember there was a rule in an earlier edition about removing armor quickly. Something like you could take it off in half the normal time, but then you couldn’t wear it again until it was repaired. The idea was you just cut through the buckles and straps instead of untieing everything. As long as someone in the party has mending, it should be an easy fix.

The rules for getting into and out of armor can be found here:

I'm not aware of any additional rules for trying to remove armor faster with assistance, or less care.

Cast-Off Armor trait might help but, seems impractical.
