I would like to know if a 2nd level druid, Moon Circle, could take advantage of the 1st level monk's abilities when in Wild shape dire Wolf. Character's wisdom is 16 (+3). Wolf's AC up from 14 to 17, and gain a can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action. Its possible for a Cross class character.
While in Wild Shape, "You retain the benefit of any features from your class, race, or other source and can use them if the new form is physically capable of doing so," so I'd say that would work. However, you gain the creature's dex, so your AC using the Unarmored Defense calculation would be 10+2+3=15.
I would say the Monk bonus action attack would be fine.
pocket is correct on the AC calculation. Natural armor = an armor calculation. Unarmored Defense = armor calculation. Choose only one.
But as for the attacks, the natural weapons of the creature are not unarmed strikes. Unarmed strike is very technically defined as 1+str mod (without martial arts, MA die instead of 1 if you have martial arts), not the natural weapons of a beast. Since your beast attacks are not unarmed strikes or monk weapon attacks, you cannot use the bonus action unarmed strike RAW.
Natural armor is an armor calculation (it is not a bonus armor of +2. It has a natural armor of 14). Unarmored defense says explicitly it is 10 + dex + wis. It does not say "some other AC calculation" + dex + wis. In fact it is a Ch 1 rule: you must select only one AC calculation if you have multiple.
The bite is a bite. A dire wolf unarmed strike would deal 4 damage (1+3) and would be called that. Bite is also not a simple weapon or short sword.
Yes, but the Wolf has +2 of natural armor. This can be considered unarmored defense?
And the bite is a natural wepon, this can be considered unarmed strike?
No, and also no.
Natural armor ≠ unarmored defense, but natural armor and unarmored defense are both AC calculations, and you can only use 1 calculation at a time, they don't combine.
Natural weapons are not unarmed strikes unless they specifically say so (as playable races sometimes do). In fact, monster stat blocks do not distinguish between natural weapons and martial weapons, they are both "weapons".
Worn equipment functions as normal, but the DM decides whether it is practical for the new form to wear a piece of equipment, based on the creature’s shape and size. Your equipment doesn’t change size or shape to match the new form, and any equipment that the new form can’t wear must either fall to the ground or merge with it.

So both of those are somewhat DM dependent. I would say that an ape could use a weapon possibly, but not a bear. For either, I'd be surprised if you could find a weapon that was better using once than using the attacks in the beast stat blocks -- Bears and apes both get multiattack that you wouldn't be able to use with a weapon. As for armor, you'd need to be "wearing" special ape or bear armor before you wildshaped in order to gain the benefit of any armor (that would not provide any AC bonus outside of that particular shape). You would have to have a special set for each shape you wanted to armor in the correct size (as well as armor for your humanoid form). I don't know what "wearing" that extra armor would do to you in your humanoid form (it wouldn't add to your AC for sure -- maybe give disadvantage on all attacks?).

Ok.
Can I use a hide armor in Wild shape? For example: Ape or Brown Bear. And wepon, can i use?

The Savage atack talent could add one dice in Wild shape?
If you mean the half-orc racial trait, you could probably use that feature in a beast shape.
Savage attacker feat would apply to wild shape attacks, yes.
Oh, yeah that too (damn it WotC naming things the same thing...).
I know, right. I looked up both and just guessed which the OP meant (based on the "additional die" bit).
and if instead of a monk I select the barbarian. I think it gets a stronger combo
Possibly. It becomes MAD though.
