What about a drow elite guard's +3d6 poison 2 x per round there is no save so it seems to fall outside any of these items? Does it require to inflict piercing/slashing damage like other injury poisons?
No save, so it can crit. Ability writeup does not require doing piercing/slashing damage but if a DM ruled otherwise it would hardly seem unreasonable.
Now the other issue, is the poison in this case part of the damage weapon + poison or is it weapon then poison?
I am not sure if this answers what you are asking but if a Drow Elite Warrior crits a player at 1hp with their shortsword it is just one instance of damage. So the player falls unconscious and starts dying, they don't start dying and then suffer two death saving throw failures.

It's all one instance of damage. They fall unconscious. They do not suffer any automatic death saving throw failures unless they take damage again.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.

However, it does count for death from massive damage, which it wouldn't if it was two instances.
Absolutely correct
