I have a question with Animate Dead. It says you can issue commands and it's obvious that you can issue rather complex commands. As you can independantly control any number of undead as a single Bonus Action in combat.
My question is for non combat actions. The undead will follow any order given to completion. My question is how complex can these orders be?
Can I create a set of Asimov's Laws of Undeath for my minions to follow. Partly I want to streamline their behavior so they are predictable and I'm not wasting time decarling "I order them to do X"
Could the Necromancer give these commands to every Undead created with Animate Dead:
An undead may not injure the creator or through inaction allow the creator to come to harm.
An undead must obey the orders given it by the creator except when such orders would conflict with the First Law.
An undead may not injure a party member or through inaction, allow a party member to come to harm.
An undead must obey the orders given it by a party member except when such orders would conflict with the previous laws.
An undead must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the previous laws.

What is a zombie's Intelligence score? 3. Ouch. Maybe you'd better reword those to be a bit simpler.

Tooltips (Help/aid)
Are you trying to Three Laws of Robotics a bunch of zombies? I don't think their rotting brains have the processing power for that kind of thing.
Aside from magic is my coprocessor, we'll use int to determine how well they can understand commands.
Skeletons are Int 6. Which is more Int then a paladin's sentient mount (5).
The 5th law is actually redundant... It's in the spell.
The reset of the laws require no "thought" The party members can be defined.
The idea being how complex can a command be for when the undead are further then 60' from the Necromancer? (Telepathic range)
