I’m quite new to dnd, and I’m quite bad at making characters, i usually just use the one in dnd beyond, idk how make stats and stuff like that so if anyone could tell me how these stats could work, or something, but I just need some help
If you're looking for a rules compliant answer: it wouldn't. Player characters can't have multiple species. However, going by some alternate custom race rules in Tasha's, you could say you're half fire genasi and half shifter, using one of them as a template and tacking on maybe one or two traits from the other.
The only thing is this is entering homebrew territory, which isn't inherently a bad thing, you just want to run any ideas by your DM to make sure you're not creating anything overpowered or broken.
In addition to Charles’ points, you could do something like what’s expected in the rules revision. Choose one or the other for the game mechanics. Then just decide how you look. Appearance is purely cosmetic, and won’t really have an in-game effect. At least not mechanically, story-wise it will be up to your DM.
Don't know what class you were thinking of (if any), but Path of the Beast Barbarian gets beast-like features when they rage similar to Shifter. If your DM allows Blood Hunter, Order of the Lycan also has similar features.

Thanks, that’s kinda what I had in mind, for the character to be mostly fire genasi but be able to shift like a shifter, thanks for the help
