Alignment doesn't have a whole lot of game-rule effects in 5e. I'm not aware of an item that would mask alignment, but it looks like the spell Arcanist's Magic Aura can be used to mask a target creature's alignment. This ability is kind of buried in the text of the spell: "You change the way the target appears to spells and magical effects that detect creature types, such as a paladin's Divine Sense or the trigger of a symbol spell. You choose a creature type and other spells and magical effects treat the target as if it were a creature of that type or of that alignment."
The Ring of Mind Shielding makes you "immune to magic that allows other creatures to [...] know your alignment."
...are there any magical effects that can detect somebody's alignment? AFAIK, there's a few magic items (artifacts and robes of the archmagi) that can limit attunement by alignment, but, without doing a deep search, I can't think of anything left that can detect it.
Alignment detecting aimed at PC's is more a monster feature, usually tied to empathic entities or ones with "I see the nature of your soul" characteristics like Angels. Though even then it's more a roleplay option from the DM than a hard feature. There are also a few spells like Glyph of Warding that can be set to trigger based on alignment, so an Good PC wearing the ring could avoid setting off a glyph that was set to activate in response to a Good creature coming within range.
The only real reason a player wants to hide their alignment is shenanigans.
If you want to be Chaotic Neutral or any kind of Evil, just tell the party. They're going to figure it out as soon as you pull the "It's what my character would do" card.
I don't want to be the one to mash your fun but doing uncool things to the other members of the party or NPCs is killing the fun for everybody else. I'd advise against it.
Or I could be wrong and you want to hide it for some other reason. Which really doesn't matter because most GMs don't care.

Oh, I trink there are some ways for Clerics, Paladines or Bards to detect my alignment.
we are playing an epic campaign with the aim to destroy Vecna. And our DM forced me to attune the eye of vecna. So my funny Little Gnom wizard turned into an evil Master.
my DM suggested to hide my alignment to Play my dude as Long as possible as funny as before
The way they’d know your alignment is by you acting that alignment, and there’s not much that can hide them seeing you do evil stuff. Except maybe Modify Memory, but I’d not use that on another player unless we were long time friends and I knew they’d have fun with it.
On the table level this isn’t really something you as a fellow player should be trying to hide. Gameplay wise there’s maybe one specific way another player could be able to read your alignment- if there’s a Warlock in your party who took Pact of the Chain for a sprite that sprite could attempt to read your alignment at their direction- so it’s mostly a matter of roleplay. Which is part of the reason you need to communicate the alignment shift on the meta level, so people understand why your character’s actions are changing and that it’s a story beat not disruptive play.

There aren't. Detect Evil and Good, for instance, just detects creature types that are canonically good or evil. Similar abilities work the same.
If the party knows you have the eye, then it doesn't matter.
