My question is Steel Wind Strike trigger Conjure Minor elementals dmg per hit? I consider it a decent combo for pseudo Aoe dmg. Any feedback on how legit it is? I mean the range of SWS is 30 feet and CME is 15, but, SWS description kind of mean the PC hit the all in a flash.
Not legit. You don't actually teleport to each target.
You flourish the weapon used in the casting and then vanish to strike like the wind. Choose up to five creatures you can see within range. Make a melee spell attack against each target. On a hit, a target takes 6d10 Force damage.
You then teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 5 feet of one of the targets.
Note that it doesn't state you're adjacent to any of them. I'd rule that you still get the emanation in your original location, but I can see an argument that you've "vanished".

As RAW I can see that but I would argue that you move fast to hit each one hence the melee spell attack XD

Yeah, the flavor is very likely that. But you asked if it was legit, so you can't exactly ignore RAW. Also, melee attacks don't have to be within 5 ft. of the target.

You are right, it was wishful thinking on my part for it to work.

That would also mean you take an attack of opportunity from each one of them as you move out of their reach. And you don't want to take attack of opportunity 4 times for any reason.

Not if you were teleporting. Which is what you do at the end of the spell, so it is logical to think you are teleporting between each target.

There is no mention of you moving to each target and there is no mention of whether you can be subject to opportunity attacks.

No, regardless of how it works, because attacks of opportunity only trigger on movement.
Now, the battlemaster's riposte is another question entirely
