I realize it's all very structure playtest right now... but along the way I keep thinking about how to convert other Cleric Domains, Druid Circles, Sorcerous Bloodlines, Warlock Patrons, and Wizard schools to the new "Subclass at 3rd level" format. And also a few other things.
Are there any where you wouldn't just move the 1st or 2nd level subclass benefits to 3rd level (unless it's like the Cleric weapon/armor proficiencies that are clearly now covered by the Holy Order class feature?)
And how about some of the more straight forward race/lineage/origins:
Astral Elf: Using the new format for Elf, I think it would be like a High Elf, but the 1st level Cantrip would be Divine instead of Arcane (the one an Astral Elf gets is a Cleric cantrip), then "Detect Good and Evil", and then ... it could be Misty Step (to replace the Star Step that Astral Elves get) or Air Bubble (makes some sense given context).
I'm also wondering/hoping that Divine Favor now works with unarmed strikes, the way a lot of other comparable spells now do that.
