Just thought of something funny with the thrown property and Polearm Master, if you thrown your polearm, you can then throw it again as a bonus action and hit them with the back of it

D&D, Youth Work and the Priesthood sadly do not typically interact... I do what I can!

Alas, the Bonus Action attack is specified as a “Melee Attack”.
If you throw someone upwards, you can have that effect, asTasha's Cauldron of Everything (p. 170) offers the following optional rule on falling onto a creature:
If a creature falls into the space of a second creature and neither of them is Tiny, the second creature must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be impacted by the falling creature, and any damage resulting from the fall is divided evenly between them. The impacted creature is also knocked prone, unless it is two or more sizes larger than the falling creature.

I sorta interpret that as throwing it once so it's spinning end over end, and might hit them twice, rather than throwing it like a javelin.
Yeah, not the best interpretation, but it's the only way I can visualize it. :)

Hehehe, yay! Though to be honest I love quirky stuff in DnD and yet if stuff did get out of hand, flavour is free.
’my giant barbarian throws a boulder’ (it just happens to mechanically be a yeeting yo-yoing crossbow)
Yep, it's there.

Too bad the "tossing other creatures" one is only for throwing. A dude should be able to hit a dude with another dude.
