When you take the Attack action, you can forgo one of your attacks to project a bastion of psionic power in a 10-foot radius around yourself. It lasts for 1 minute or until you’re incapacitated. For the duration, you and your allies in that area gain the benefits of half cover and have advantage on Strength saving throws.
Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest or until after you use your Second Wind feature.
I was reading through the features and wondering, if the projected field stays in the place were you used it or if it moves with you like an aura, key words being "around yourself" and " in that area". Thinking about this, both options could make for great tools if you ask me. Half cover provides a +2 to AC and DEX saves, which makes it extremely strong for every single party member.
My personal feeling would be that the field moves with the Fighter. On the other hand, it would also be a nice touch to summon a force field at a point from where you attack someone, and leave behind an area of security. All in all, I think the Psychic Warrior has alot of features which would work well with both, melee and also ranged builds. Let me know your thoughts :-)

Usually when something is centered around a creature it moves with that creature, so I'd presume more akin to an aura.
