I am a lvl 3 fighter champion and everyone is making me stay in the back and do nothing until a monster comes then I get no help and have to single handly defeat a monster that is most of the time a CR 3,4, or 5. So I am bored what is something fun I could do.

If it’s getting to be a real serious problem, out of game you could talk to the group and tell them you’re not having fun.
For in-game...As a player you’re frustrated, so your character has to be frustrated. That frustration could play out as a pulling a Infinity War Hulk and refusing to fight until you feel appreciated or declaring that all the spoils of war are all exclusively yours. Or your character could try to actively sabotage the group’s efforts when you have to stay in the back. Or heck, combine the two: as the party is getting attacked, issue an ultimatum that you’re not fighting it until they agree to let you do stuff.
What non combat things can you do? What skills are you good at? Do you have any unusually high ability scores, like a 16 in cha is weird for a fighter, as an example. Put them to use. As DWsaid, there are two basic ways to approach it. In character, have your character assert yourself. Out of character try telling everyone, hey, I’m getting pushed to the back and I want to be doing other things in the game. Then point to your skills and give some suggestions for things you’d be good at. Look for ways to assist others if they are making rolls in something you’re trained in. Also it’s bull if they’re not helping in the fight. Speak up about it. I’m unclear if the issue is in character or out of character but try to solve it in whichever way is best. Either way, an Out of character mention that the current play style isn’t working for you is always appropriate.
This feels like something that you should discuss with your group out-of-character. If you're trying to make your character an active participant in non-combat activities and the other players are stomping on your efforts, you need to talk to them about it. Explain your frustrations and ask them why they're trying to minimize your character's role in the game. If they aren't willing to adjust their gameplay to increase your enjoyment, you'll have to decide if you want to continue with the group. The abilities of a Champion Fighter may all be geared towards combat, but a big part of what your character contributes depends on the personality and biography you've created for them.
I'm a firm believer that ALL characters should participate in Social Encounters. In fact, low CHA characters (especially if they are also low WIS) are very likely to do so.
Many people with low CHA don't know it. One of my favorite sorts of characters is one with a low CHA who thinks he is has an extremely high CHA. Always wants to do the talking, but has the social graces of a sledgehammer.

Blood Frenzy. The quipper has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that doesn't have all its hit points.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1 piercing damage.

That's definitely a valid way to play a low-Charisma character, though I'd probably use their Wisdom score to gague whether they have enough sense to realize they aren't good in social situations. Low-Cha/High-Wis? Knows they aren't a people person, let's someone else do the talking. Low-Cha/Low-Wis? "HI, I'M JARETH IT'S SO NICE TO MEET YOU DID YOU KNOW YOUR HEAD IS SHAPED LIKE A PUMPKIN?" :)
