Grappling Strike is a maneuver option for Battle Master Fighters that was added in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, which I own in digital form on DnD Beyond. However, it is not listed as an option on my character sheet. Why?
Grappling Strike
Immediately after you hit a creature with a melee attack on your turn, you can expend one superiority die and then try to grapple the target as a bonus action (see the Player's Handbook for rules on grappling). Add the superiority die to your Strength (Athletics) check.
Grappling Strike was a maneuver option added in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything. To use it on a D&D Beyond character, you'll need to either own that book on D&D Beyond, or have access to it through content sharing.
You'll also need to be using the 2014 version of the Fighter class, as this maneuver in particular is one of a few that wasn't reprinted in the 2024 Player's Handbook for use with the 2024 Fighter class.
It is currently only available in the D&D Beyond character creator if both of the following are true:
You are creating a 2014 Battlemaster Fighter (instead of the 2024 version)
You have purchased/been shared access to the Tasha's Cauldron of Everything content.
I do not know when (or if) the Tasha's Battlemaster maneuvers will be added to the 2024 Fighter; a lot of other 2024 classes suffer from a similar lack of access to the TCoE options on the revised classes.

🎵I'm on top of the world, looking down on creation, wreaking death and devastation with my mind.
As the power that I've found erupts freely from the ground, I will cackle from the top of the world.🎵
Could just have it allow you to use both the damage and grapple options of unarmed strike, add superiority die to damage and reduce their saving throw for the grapple by the same amount.

Charisma Saving Throw: DC 18, Failure: 20d6 Psychic Damage, Success: Half damage
That sucks. That was a great maneuver.
Does anyone have an idea for an updated version of Grappling Strike? For use with the 2024 Fighter?

Basically what I went with. TY
