Dungeon Alchemist had a kickstarter goal of $70k and stretch goals upto $1m, but finished nearly $2.5m donated. Only took 3 hours to be fully funded: Dungeon Alchemist™ by Wim De Hert — Kickstarter It generates 3D dungeons with a drag style interface, including all furnishings and effects.
Tale Spire: TaleSpire on Steam (steampowered.com) is early access on Steam. They have taken the next obvious step with a VTT and that is to make the full environment 3D with minitures you move rather than tokens.
