I am currently playing in a homebrew campaign and our dm has yet again thrown enemies (dwarfs) against us that have Advantage on Saving Throws against magic, which does make my Sorcerer feel kinda useless, especially cause my main damage source on wounded enemies would be toll the dead. I wouldn't complain about it if it was the first time he did that, but we are all level 3 atm and i really wonder if its even fair to put those enemies in that early?
Like what would be your estimated level to throw encounters that have advantage on all saving throws against magic?
Is it fair to put enemies with those abilities against you that early? Sure. They're a low CR for that reason - they're intended to go against low level parties. Same with any low CR enemy.
Is it fair to do that for the entire campaign? I'd say only of you were informed beforehand. Like if the DM said that you'd be going up against the Dwarves, roll characters accordingly, then that's fair. If he said nothing, saw you were all casters and decided to go for your Achilles heel...then that's harsh.
That said... it's only level three. I'm not sure that it's indicative of what the campaign will be. It could just be the Dwarven phase and then there'll be Orcs and you can obliterate them.
If you're concerned, speak to the DM. Say that you feel that your character has been nerfed by the choice of enemies and it's not as fan as you'd thought...will things be changing soon to enemies that aren't so strong against casters? If there's hesitation (and it's true), say that it's fine if that's the case, but you might consider getting a new character that's more fun to play against Dwarves. It sucks being in a fight and getting nerfed, never mind every fight.
In the mean time, use spells that attack enemies directly rather than spell saves (ie use attack rolls rather than spell saves).

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Sounds like your DM is possibly using dwarves from the Mystara campaign setting. They have advantage against spells but are limited to not being able to be arcane casters.

As was said, you could look into spells that target a different stat or require an attack roll from you.
