I have been making NPCs for my campaign that have abilities that are equal to characters at different levels. But I am unable to call Bardic Inspiration. Is there a equivalent to [Tooltip Not Found] that can call bardic inspiration. Also is there a way to add limited uses to a monster stat sheet?
I am a little confused by your question, but will help as much as I can :)
If I understand you correctly, you are trying to add Bardic Inspiration to an NPC and/or Homebrew Monster.
Bardic Inspiration is the first item listed under the Bard Class Features and is outlined/detailed there.
If I wanted to add this feature to an NPC, I would just copy/paste this info into the NPC Description, and rename it how you want it.
If I wanted to add this feature to a Homebrew Monster, I would copy/paste this information into the "Actions Description" box when you are creating your monster, and call it whatever you want to call it.
After you put this info into the NPC or Monster, you can edit it any way you want (limited uses, etc.).
Hope this helps :)
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
Right, but the character I'm setting up is going to be "burdened" in a way by his choice of instrument. Just want to see if there are any homebrew variants that are similar. https://19216811.cam/
