Nothing, atm. They updated PHB content, not secondary source material like Eberron. Offhand I’d probably go with Vex or Topple if I was picking one to give it.
Same as scimitar woudn't work since the double bladed scimitar is not a light weapon and does not use the two weapon fighting rules. While they have not updated the secondary material - what exactly does the backwards compatibility means if old material can't be used because "it hasn't been updated yet"?

My point was that you should just have two scimitars and then, with the power of imagination, say you have a double-bladed scimitar. Treat it as one weapon rather than two.
There’s always going to be some things that don’t work perfectly. That aren’t as effective or as good as they used to be, because balance has changed. It’s not like you can’t just bring in a double bladed scimitar and use it—all its existing mechanics will still work. It’s just not as good as it was, as it lacks a mastery property. But that’s not the same as no longer being compatible.
But, if you must use the old version in the book, it will need a very minor update. In this case, the obvious mechanic would be the Nick mastery property and then add a single sentence at the end of the double-bladed scimitar’s special property: “This Bonus Action is considered to be extra attack granted by the Light property.”

You're not asking the 2024 rules to be backwards compatible with the two-bladed scimitar, you're actually asking the two-bladed scimitar to be forwards-compatible with rules that hadn't been devised yet at the time it came out, so that's where the issue is.
I would simply re-flavor a quarterstaff and use it's mastery property and have it deal slashing damage.

It means that it can totally be used but without benefiting from the new rules.
Backwards compatibility means in this case that you can use the weapon, but it simply doesn't have a Mastery Property. It may not be optimal, but it can be used - there is no rules conflict.

Sooo... what is the mastery property on that that?

Same as the scimitar I imagine.
Really, it should just be a reflavouring dual wielding two scimitars.

Based on how the other melee weapons are assigned properties, I would say Topple or Push.
Since the Double-Bladed Scimitar is Two-Handed but not Heavy, it looks like it would be Topple or Push.
I think Topple makes the most sense, basically acting like a Quarterstaff but with slashing damage
