What exactly is their benefit out of it? DM's don't actually need to roll in front of players, and can make decisions based on narrative rather than RNG.
But agreed, that it may be something to discuss so players know exactly how the game will be run.
While it's pretty much impossible to have anything like a clear view of the situation from a single sentence, if the DM is clearly altering rolls to "win" against the party that's a pretty big flag that this might not work out. If you have concerns, I'd recommend talking them out with the DM, or if you feel the situation has already hit critical mass, just walking away.
the dm cheats on rolls and changes the rules for only there benefits is she cheating?
What sort of rule changes? And how do you know they are cheating on rolls? (It being their world, they cannot cheat, but the players should have some idea of the world their characters are playing in)

never in the players benefits never I died in 40 min. one time by lightning ! I was lv. 5 with 32 hp
If it was a lightning bolt, it doesn't require a roll to hit, just damage. That is just how the spell works straight from the book. They probably said you are struck by lighting, and the roll you heard was them rolling damage. You then would roll a save to see if you take full or half the damage.
I think you falsely accused your sibling (yes I have seen that other thread) of cheating when they didn't. And need to apologize.
I mean, the DM cheating isn't really a thing. The DM is god in your player's world. If they say a dragon appears, then a dragon appears. They don't have to fudge dice rolls to kill or hit you, they can kill you in so many ways RAW that it hardly matters. They can make the walls animate and crush you, or an acid pit suddenly under you.
Mind you, doing those things unexpectedly might not be fun, and it might not be good DMing. But it wouldn't be cheating.
Usually, it seems to me the main reasons a DM would cheat a dice roll is to avoid killing a character.
No matter. Like any god, it's not productive in any way to accuse them of cheating. Either you're enjoying the game or you're not, play or do not.

That lightning bolt would have had to do at least 32 points of damage on a save. Since he died, it did far more where he couldn't save vs death? Sounds far worse than a 5 CR monster.🤷🏿♂️

That would arguably be bad DMing, but depends, too, on how the player has been. DM's do not always handle players who go all adversarial politely. Back in the day, we used to have a tradition of a "Wandering damage table" that would appear and whack an unruly player.

The context I have mostly seen "wandering damage" in is as a simplification of the wandering monster tables (rather than rolling up a random monster encounter... just do some damage to the party, it will come out the same in the end)

I mean I can see both points, like I said, sometimes the DM will change the roll in your favor for whatever reason. Now, I don't agree with labeling a GM god. There are enough gods in the game. 🤣

And all those gods (and all of reality, itself, other than the PC's themselves) are controlled by the DM. The DM is not merely any one god.

DMs cannot actually be cheating, but they could be producing a bad game. If you're finding the game unfun... talk to the DM, or leave the game.

It's hard to say, because sometimes the DM will change a roll in your benefit.

Wait. Do you mean they just said you were struck by lightning and died??
Maybe she knocked aside other dice.

A GM can pretty much do whatever they want. Generally speaking though their aim is to try to give you a good time without breaking verisimilitude.
Making a game too easy is just as bad or worse than a game that is too hard.
