When introducing introducing a pc for the first time to a group, usually you describe the race, gender, what clothing or armor they are wearing, and and what weapons are visible on them. Now my question, what about hidden weapons. Say you have fighter with Greatsword on his back, clearly visible, but say in his boot he has a hidden dagger, should that be revealed maybe in an ooc way. I think it should be done at least in an ooc way so it don't seem like you are pulling out another weapon never mentioned before in case you are without main weapon.
Unless there's significant conflict between the party members or unless your character is hiding something from the rest of the party, who cares? I don't even keep track of what magic items other members of my party have after we divide up the treasure unless they use them constantly, let alone having a hidden dagger in their boot.
Yes I do not see a reason to mention a hidden weapon, or hidden weapons. If you have a Hexblade warlock with pact of the blade you gonna mention every weapon they could call on?
On DDB, you can see the character sheet of everyone in the campaign if you choose, unless they are set to private. I've had members of my group try to keep the fact that they are a changeling or homebrew race a secret, and get upset if I mention it. I tell them "My characrer doesn't know, why does it matter if I know?"
In a PvP campaign, there may be more reason for secrecy, but otherwise, it doesn't matter what the rest of the party knows, as long as the DM does not think you are pulling an extra weapon from no where.

I would think just mentioning you have pact of blade would be enough in this case.

What the players see is a matter of a Passive (Perception) check unless a player is performing an active Investigation check on each other player.
I've had players study other players with Insight to see if anyone is checking them out.

In my game, players don't talk to each other about what class features they have, and they don't have to say what items they have that aren't visible
