It depends on the kind of game you're playing... for example, playing Adventure League, which tends to have less roleplay and more classic dungeon dives, then dungeon delver proves super useful in avoiding traps and finding hidden treasure. If you're playing with a DM who loves throwing traps at the party or sending you into labyrinthine dungeons, it's one of the best feats in the game. But if your DM focuses more on straightforward combat or in social roleplaying, skilled proves a lot more useful, since you can customize your character almost any way you want.
Still... Skilled is pretty boring, if I'm being honest. So I'd probably just go for Dungeon Delver personally, if only because it gives me access to some unique abilities and traits, rather than just adding my proficiency bonus to a few more skills.
I'm on the other end. Dungeon Delver is good in situations where it applies, but I've rarely been in situations where it applies. It's a very campaign-specific thing, which is a little sad but what can you do?
Skilled, on the other hand, is one of my favorite feats. There's a lot you can do with a few extra proficiencies, chief among them being tool proficiencies. everybody hates tools, until your wagon breaks down on the road and everybody realizes there's no carpenter along. Or until you start supplying the party with primo toxins from your shiny new Poisoner's Kit proficiency. Or picking up a Disguise or Forgery Kit proficiency when your campaign starts to veer into urban skullduggery. Or the simple pleasure of grabbing Thieves' Tools so you can pick your own dang locks while the rogue is off faffing around stumbling lootsack-first into traps. Prodigy is similar, and there's no better skillmonkey in the world than a half-elf Lore bard with Prodigy and Skilled.
Dungeon Delver vs Skilled. Which would be better?
Side note- im only proficient in Investigation when asking this

Not sure the scale/rating of the poll? Is 5 the best or worst?
the higher number you pick the better score gets added to the poll 1 lower/worse 5 higher/Better
My Spells, My Races, My Magic Items, My Monsters, My Subclasses,
Delver is a niche feat that is great for its niche but little else.
Skilled is something I use to improve/flesh-out my characters to be more of what I want them to be within the game mechanics.
