The ultimate DM skill is convincing a group of busy adults with limited free time to all meet at the same place on a regular basis to play a game together cooperatively. This is much harder than it sounds.

My DM is a great story teller and world builder, but doesn't have this skill...
For a while I was against this. But if you can find people that are willing to pay to play so to speak it's no different than an online game like a mmo that is pay to play.
Just remember one little thing. Hypothetically Let's say a person pays 10$ to play a game that's like 4hrs long. Then you with the roll of the dice end up killing that player. Think about how mad some players are going to be if they die early. Did they get their money worth? Now they have to roll a new character. Or you don't kill them and hold their hands through the game to keep them safe?

How much do you feel a DM has to bring to the table to be worth paying for? What skills does a legendary DM have?
