First you add the scroll to your list by spell level...1st level scroll, 2nd level scroll, so on.
Once the generic item is added to your inventory you can click on customize to add the details of what kind of scroll it is...
The fields that will be available for customization are:
Cost Override
Weight Override
Name
Notes
When you put in the name the name in your inventory will change to whatever you enter into the field. So write "Scroll of..." and then put the spell name. You are golden from there.

Assuming you are talking about a spell scroll, what Bounces said. This will eventually be a problem if you get multiple scrolls with different spells of the same level.
For a mundane scroll, just go down to create custom item and change the name of that.
i create a magic item and use the applicable level spell scroll as the template. it's a little bit of work, but once its created i can use it for any character...and the list of spells i want on a scroll is fairly short anyway...just the really situational spells that i don't need in my head (like floating disk, comprehend magic, protection from evil/good, disguise self, etc). And for me, its only worth doing it for 1st level spells - and excluding ritual (obviously) or any spells that are bonus action or reaction (i don't know if there's a rule preventing you from casting a bonus action / reaction spell from a scroll, but to me that's silly so i don't do it). ...point is, you're probably only ever going to need to create about 6-8 homebrew scrolls.
