Ok guys. My overpowered PCs have killed all my henchmen except one, an angry Druid with vengeance on her mind. The final big boss fight will consist of a big man-eating tree (The Big Boss) and the druid vs 6 level 6 players. Hit me with your Snowy Forrest traps I can use to even the odds and make a decent fight out of it.
Hell, just pock marking the battlefield with 10 foot deep hole traps would mess with most teams. Maybe toss some spikes at the bottom if you really want to keep the party on their toes. The hard part will be remembering where each trap is on the battlefield so you can trigger them when they step over them without there being an obvious sign on the battlefield where each one is.
Maybe get something to release a poison gas or something that slowly drifts across the battlefield, so that party members can't just comfortably find a safe spot to attack with range while avoiding traps.
Just a 2 inch deep hole or trench, filled with sharp spikes, and covered with snow to be indistinguishable from the area around it would be devastating.
Also, add conventional traps, but also consider lair actions that take the form of the ground falling out from under a party member (Dex save) ice making difficult terrain, flurry of snow causing a fog cloud effect for a round at a location of your choice, etc.

This. Lair actions. Sounds like the best way to even the odds. I imagine summoning beasts after every other round of combat. Sleet storms. Giant rolling snowball boulders zooming across the field.(Maybe make the map 10 squares tall. Roll a d8, and count down that many squares to see which row it rolls across, skipping the 2 rows the tree is standing in.)

If the druid is high enough level, maybe throw in a control weather or maybe just a sleet storm.
Knock accumulated snow off trees to bury and slow targets.
Trip ropes under the snow.
Grasping roots which sprout out to grapple/pierce within X # of feet of the tree trunk
