Hi, whas planing on making a pirate using pistols, with the challage not to use gunpowder.
The plan is to use magic stone as ammo and gust of wind as fule. The pistol itself is more or les just a single barrel. That you feed the pebles from the front.
The handle have smal hole in it that you feed the wind thro. And all the holes are conected to the main berral.
Maybe at later lavels, improve the gun so that i can use gust cantrip to shoot.
Is this posseble, or is it a fantasy out of reach?
Since you're just doing the normal magic stone damage, there should be no harm in flavoring it however.
^ this.
Just use Magic Stone and instead of "throwing" the stone you're "shooting" it through your "gun". - No mechanical difference but flavoured to work as you want.

I like what you're thinking. Magical guns are cool.
A simple, mostly non magical gun that just causes the ammo to grow after leaving the barrel would be devastating. And that probably would not be difficute to create.
I think it might be equivalent to being hit by a cannon ball. From a pistol.

Hmm. Ask your DM. It is a cool idea. But the rules as written don't support it.
I see... my other ide whas to use catapult. But we will have meting tomorow. Will ask then ^^

This will totally work as well. It's only flavor so it shouldn't make a difference which of the two options you use.
