So I just checked while making a new character that the Valenar and Aereni elves aren't avaliable anymore on Rising from the Last War as a variant subrace. What caused them to be removed as an option from it?
First you need to ensure that Eberron content is enabled
Then you should have options for both Aereni High/Wood Elves
And Valenar High/Wood Elves
If they're not showing up, but you have purchased either Eberron: Rising from the Last War or Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, I'd suggest putting in a customer support ticket
I have turned on the eberron content, was checking on one that had the artificer class to be sure of it, and nothing happened. I've written a ticket, like last thursday, no reply. Is it usual for slow replies?

Those subraces of Elf are found in the Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, not in Eberron: Rising from the Last War.
You may purchase them individually from the marketplace or by unlocking the whole Wayfinder's sourcebook.

They are both still available as options.
I can't seem to pick them. Do you own WGtE?

That's odd, cause I've used them before, and I've never owned WGtE.
