We were playing last night and I noticed that D&D Beyond does not include an improved critical hit for a Champion. The Champion's player rolled a 19 to hit more than once and it did not identify it as a critical hit.
You're right... it's not. I created one just to test with... and rolled about 50 times and finally got the 19. No additional dice were added on DNDBeyond with the Dice Roller or translated to Roll20. You might want to put this over in the Bug Report as this isn't usually where they look for this. When it was a natural 20 it added the bonus correctly.
And just to make sure it wasn't the Beyond20 causing problems for the VTT side... I forgot to click on Features and Traits and update it, so I ran it again until I hit the 19 and still no difference.
Edit: And then I added custom Crit to the character, but it set all attack forms to Crit at 19... so I took it back out, and now it is working. I'll have to do more testing on this when I'm not heading back in to work. I'm going to clear everything out and start over and see if I get the same thing.

This isn't a bug, smart dice features such as these aren't yet implemented.
