You hit so many times it looks like a whirlwind slicing through enemies
Quick slash/3rd level
You can choose to deal 2d4 less damage on attacks but get 3 more attacks this turn.
Bladed escape/3rd level
You can escape by attacking super fast. This makes it so if you take the disengage action you can do a attack on an enemy before escaping.
So many attacks/7th level
You have an additional attack when you take the attack action .
No escape/7 level
When you do a opportunity attack you deal 2d4 extra damage and cut the targets speed in half if you roll 4 above there ac.
Blade tornado/10th level
You can attack every creature in a 15ft radius around yourself once with any weapon you can do this 2 times a long rest as a action.
Heavy duel wielder/10 level
You now don’t need a weapon to have the light property to duel wield it just doesn’t need to be two handed.
Defended attack/15th level
If you are duel wielding you can forgo your bonus action attack to get a plus 3 to ac.
Hinder slash/15th level
You can forgo two of your attacks when you take the attack action to hinder your enemy in one of these ways.
1 you make them bleed making them take 1d4 damage each turn until they die or get healed and have a minus 4 to attacks.
2 you cut there ankles making them only have 10ft of movement speed and a minus 3 to dex saves.
3 you slash there wrists making them drop there weapon and can not pick it up for 1 to 6 turns and have a minus 5 to strength saves.
4 you slash the eyes making them blind for 2 turns and have a minus 2 to con saves.
Three sword fighting style/18th level
now if you are duel wielding if you attack with your bonus action. You can do an attack with a light weapon and all your attacks get your bonus damage for that weapon. Even the duel wielded weapon and light weapon.
Boss slayer/18th level
Now if you are fighting one opponent and no other enemies are in 15ft of you. You can use an action to attack that enemy 10 times and inflict it with two effects from hinder slash. You can only do this your dexterity or strength modifier you choose -1 times per long rest.
I'd start by stating at which levels you get which features - that will help readers (and players!) to understand what the subclass actually can do at any given point.
Generally, Fighter Subclasses get five features total - one at 3rd, 7th, 10th, 15th, and 18th level. Those features can have a decent amount of things within them, but that's the subclass structure.
Next, I'd say that you'll need to specify what each feature does in the action economy. Every ability either needs to spend an Action, a Bonus Action, a Reaction, or state that it's used as part of another ability.
Lastly, I'd recommend cleaning up the spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Make sure it looks presentable, because that's the best way to get people to want to look at your homebrew.
You have an interesting concept here, but right now it's a bit all over the place, and could really use some refining to make it better.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
You can use any weapon I just flavored it around swords. You can use hammers or anything else you like. None of it specifically says you need a slashing weapon just flavor so do what you want.

I fixed it a little I gave the levels and put punctuation. I already had the action economy.
