I recently had an idea for a troll that has been upgraded by a mind flayer colony, giving it powerful telekinesis. They were able to perform modifications that would have killed another creature, due to the troll's regeneration. *cough cough*wolverine*cough cough* The illithids were also able to commandeer the supernatural healing of the troll, enabling them to modify traits the troll has. (During a short or long rest a mind flayer can cause characteristics of the troll to change, at the cost of the "opposite". For instance, increasing size, and therefor, damage might come at the cost of multi-attack reduction and speed, as well as stealth. These characteristics are paired, so the reverse could also be done, and size increase could not reduce dark-vision and athletics checks instead) I need some ideas for both telekinetic powers and ability trade-offs. My vision of this psychic troll is an enemy who channels anger into telekinetic attacks: throwing, grabbing, and crushing opponents with its mind while rampaging through enemies with melee attacks, relying on regeneration to stay alive.
