There's technically no mechanism that auto-rolls damage based on your attack rolls, so this sort of thing is currently best put into your Campaign Description where your players can clearly read it.
As to Exhaustion, you'll have to be more specific, but chances are, you'll just have to tell your players not to apply exhaustion using the app and to use your personal cart instead.

Is there a way to implement the varient rules found in some of the source books (such as the DMG) or personal house rules?
2 in particular I'd like to implement is a change to crit damage and exhaustion levels
How I run crit damage is a normal role plus max dice damage. So if someone normally deals 2d6+4 damage they would deal 2d6+4+12 damage when they crit.
I'm know I can just tell my players but I'm hoping I could make feats to accomplish this
