Ive tried my hand at using the new "Required Character Level" field when making a race feature, but i'm having some issues.

Im trying to use it to level gate a racial fly speed, but the speed is being displayed in the character sheet despite being lower than the specified level.

Any idea's why this would be? Any and all help appreciated.

Try lowering the character level, refreshing, and then raising the level again. You might be dealing with a caching issue.

It actually did the opposite and stopped working after that. It wasn't applying at all even after raising the character level.

I'm not sure whats happening, but if its supposed to work how you would think it does, maybe its just a caching issue as you say. Ill try doing some long term testing next week.

It must have been a caching issue because my test of the new function worked as expected.
