So obviously it's not finished and only has abilites up until 5th level. Unless the spells themselves are the domain features, in which case you shouldn't make them spells and should just build them into the class.
I absolutely love what you're going for with prismatic aura, however, I think that it's overpowered, even as a 9th level spell. It seems like a 20th level spell lol, because 10d6 per each failed saving throw, that can potentially do 50d6 if the creature you're targeting fails all five, which other items/abilities/factors can help targets fail the saving throw and what not.
Just so put that into perspective, I went into a dice roller and rolled 50d6 ten times. Here's what I got:
171
164
171
197
166
164
175
153
171
177
The average amount comes out to be: 170.9, which I think is HELLA damage, considering the Tarrasque (Highest CR creature in Monster Manual) has 676 health. That comes out to 25.28% of the Tarrasque's health.
Granted all of this feedback is stemming from the maximum of the target failing the first 5 saving throws of the aura, not including extra effects or the 6th and 7th layer.
I really like the spell/ability, I just think it's too powerful as it is.
Thank you for the feed back that spell is based on a real spell already in the game Prismatic Wall spells only go up to the 9th level but you don't unlock a 9th level spell slot till level 17 so you were thinking right.
Well, I meant that the spell seemed overpowered to me that even though spells only go up to 9th level, that the spell should be a 20th level spell as a joke lol but I had not idea that Prismatic Wall was a spell. Knowing that it is an official 9th level spell, I guess this is balanced. Though to me it seems like I'm missing something , but I guess at 17th level it's just a really good spell.

oh lol I agree there are some pretty good spells at 9th level that one is just 2nd or 3rd best I think if I did the numbers right.

consider, meteor swarm does 40d6 dmg, and it has a 1 mile range and huge explosions...
