Trying to make a build that would by suitable for Nightcrawler. Any suggestions?
Monk: The Way of the Nightcrawler
Powers 3rd
You can cast Misty Step as a bonus action or reaction (when you get hit with an attack) without using any verbal components. You have resistence to all damage as part of the reaction. You can use this trait a number of times equal to twice your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. You can also cast this spell using this trait by spending 2 ki points.
You can also cast Spider Climb by spending 2 ki points, without providing any verbal, somatic, or material components
Superhuman Dexterity 6th
You gain proficiency and expertise with the acrobatics skill. You can do extra damage with your tail, which can be used as a whip with the reach and finesse properties (e.g. add proficiency modifier), it does the same damage equal to your martial arts damage.
Gift of the Bamfs 11th
By 11th level, you have learned to exceed your limitations in range for your teleportation.
You can cast Dimension Door once without spending a spell slot or providing any verbal components. Once you cast this spell using this trait, you can’t cast it again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast this spell using this trait by spending 4 ki points.
Shadow Adept 17th
You gain the Skulker feat.
You are an expert at slinking through shadows. You gain the following benefits:
You can try to hide when you are lightly obscured from the creature from which you are hiding.
When you are hidden from a creature and miss it with a ranged weapon attack, making the attack doesn't reveal your position.
Dim light doesn't impose disadvantage on your Wisdom (Perception) checks relying on sight.

I'm viewing this through the eyes of a DM (and someone who has a son who's always trying to push the boundaries with character creation and homebrew stuff).
Regarding Misty Step at 3rd level...
Being able to utilize the spell that frequently (proficiency bonus x 2) seems a bit too much. For sake of comparison, a 5th-level nightcrawler monk could cast that spell six times, whereas a 5th-level wizard, druid, or sorcerer could do so only five times before a long rest.
Spells are usually (maybe always?) locked into one part of a character's turn (action, bonus action, or reaction) to keep the spell from being too powerful. If I were a DM with a game that included a nightcrawler monk, I'd rule that the Misty Step must be either a bonus action or reaction, not both.
Additionally, if the Misty Step is a reaction, I wouldn't permit any damage resistance. The spell is a means for a nifty escape from trouble, not a means to alter the amount of damage taken if a foe has struck successfully.
Regarding Superhuman Dexterity at 6th level...
Expertise with the Acrobatics skill seems reasonable.
What is meant by "extra damage" with the tail? Is the tail another option for the monk's unarmed strike, just with a greater reach?
The features gained at levels 11 and 17 seem reasonable to me as well.

Hey,
Yeah, I have been debating if twice the proficiency modifier is too much, I think I will make it equal to just proficiency modifier as a reaction.
Many spellcasters are able to cast shield or absorb elements as a reaction, and the monk's damage resistance is not that strong, so I felt that misty step as a reaction should offer something other then just an escape since Monk can already dash and has increased mobility, so I felt that a "powers" feature should offer more then teleportation as a reaction, so resistance did not seem that far off to me, but how about just resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage? This would not be too far off from barbarian rage.
By the way, what did you think of casting Spider Climb by spending 2 ki points feature, which is also offered as 3rd level?
"What is meant by "extra damage" with the tail? Is the tail another option for the monk's unarmed strike, just with a greater reach?"
Yes, I was looking to add to the monk's unarmed strike, without any additional actions or having to spend additional ki points.
I'm thinking of having an a marvel character campaign for some friends who are into avengers and xmen, I will probably making other characters for that campaign.
Thanks for the feedback!

You gain proficiency and expertise with the acrobatics skill. If you already have expertise in acrobatics choose another dexterity based skill to add expertise.
Also, you can use your tail as a reach weapon for your bonus action extra attack unarmed strike. The damage of the tail equals your martial arts die.
