I want to make a weapon which has a +1 to hit and +3 thunder damage.
Adding the +3 thunder damage is easy. I've added a modifier of the type 'Damage', the sub-type 'Thunder', and a value of 3.
However, adding the +1 to hit doesn't seem to be possible without also adding +1 to damage.
The closest I can get is a modifier with the type 'Bonus', the sub-type 'Magic', and a value of 1. But this adds an extra point of damage which shouldn't be there.
Am I being blind and overlooking something or does this basic feature just not exist?

This isn't a feature yet unfortunately
Oh, ok. That's a shame but thanks for letting me know.
Couldn’t you also give the weapon a -1 damage penalty?
